Wire Crimp Pull Sensor
Model MR06-200
The MR06-200 wire crimp pull sensor is a hand-operated solution for measuring wire crimp pull-off forces. The ergonomic handles and convenient tensioning mechanism make field measurements a breeze for applications up to 200 lbF (1,000 N). Coefficient of Friction Gauges
M5-2-COF
The M5-2-COF coefficient of friction (COF) gauge is an integral part of a COF testing system, typically including a motorized test stand and COF fixture. With a capacity of 2 lbF [10 N], the gauge can be used to measure friction for a wide range of materials, ideal for conformance to ASTM D1894 and other relevant standards. Series TT02 Torque Tool Testers present a simple and accurate solution for testing manual, electric, and pneumatic torque screwdrivers, wrenches, and other tools. These testers are compact and rugged, suitable for production environments. A universal 3/8” square receptacle accepts common bits and attachments. The TT02 captures peak torque in both measurement directions, and also calculates 1st and 2nd peaks, useful for click-type tools.

Wire Crimp Pull Tester (Manual)
WT3-201
The WT3-201 wire crimp pull tester is designed to measure the pull-off force of crimped wire and tube terminations. An ergonomic lever allows for easy application of up to 200 lbF (1,000 N) of crimp pull force. Adjustable wire terminal grip contains multiple slots for wire diameters up to AWG 3 (0.25 in [6.3 mm]). The tester accommodates most insulation types. Samples can be sent to Mark-10 for evaluation prior to purchase.

The MESUR™ software series expands the functionality of Mark-10 force and torque gauges, indicators, testers, and test stands. MESUR™ Lite is a basic data acquisition program included free with all Mark-10 products, while MESUR™gauge is a more advanced software package which also plots, calculates statistics, generates reports, and provides other analysis tools. Wire Crimp Pull Tester (Motorized)
WT3-201M
The WT3-201M motorized wire crimp pull tester is designed to measure pull-off forces of up to 200 lbF [1 kN] for wire and tube terminations. The tester conforms to numerous UL, ISO, ASTM, SAE, MIL, and other requirements for destructive testing. Non-destructive testing is also possible, such as pulling to a load or maintaining a load for a specified period of time, as per the requirements of UL 486A/B. Programmable pass/fail limits with red and green indicators and audio alerts help identify non-conforming samples.
