The SE-UDPS from Salland Engineering is an economical way of adding more utility power supplies to your Advantest™ V93K to drive op-amps, buffers, relays and switches. The SE-UDPS extends the usefulness of your current fleet of V93Ks. You can also minimize the need to add external power supplies on your load boards.

256 Channel Power Supply
IDPS750
Salland Engineering’s Independent Device Power Supply (IDPS) can expand your existing Automated Test Equipment (ATE) with up to 256 independent DPS sources to increase parallel testing. It offers Force Voltage (FV) and Measure Current (MI) that can be used for continuity tests, parametric supply current (IDD) and quiescent supply current (IDDQ) measurements or simply for powering devices under test. The IDPS750 is targeted to reduce test costs for a wide range of applications including smart cards, memory, microprocessors and FPGA’s. Its design makes it useful in applications where many resources are required, or were the original ATE supplies do not meet your required specifications.

192 Channel Power Supply
HDPMU
Today cost efficiency is more important than ever. Many manufacturers are working on maximizing multi-site testing. Often maximization can’t be done because of limited tester resources. Salland’s HDPMU gives you up to 192 additional independent parametric measurement units (PMU) channels on a single board. Our solution will increase parallel testing without the need for creating complex device interface board (DIB). It can be used for continuity, functional or parametric tests or simply for device setup or loading. Full integration with the Teradyne IG-XL™ Software, easy set-up and high parallel measurement capability will reduce test costs significantly.

PXI is an abbreviation for PCI eXtensions for Instrumentation. It is based on the PCI architecture, a commonly-used standard in personal computers, with an industrial connector. A second connector adds instrumentation-specific signals to the backplane, like clock and trigger signals.
