I-V Tracers
EKO I-V tracers (MP-160 / MP-11 / MP-180) can be used in three different Power ranges. The research type MP-160 is an all round instrument to be used with single cells and modules or multiple unitswhen connected to the multi channels selectors. The portable MP-11 with remote sensor unit can be used on site to accurately check the performance of Modules and Strings. The high end MP-180 is capable to make high precision I-V measurements of small and large size solar cells and is most suitable for Research and Development applications or production inspection purposes indoors.

Pyrheliometer
MS-56
The ISO First Class MS-56 is a direct normal incidence (DNI) solar irradiance sensor. Also known as a pyrheliometer, it is used as a reference sensor for routine operation on a Solar Tracker. The all-weather MS-56 is sensitive to solar irradiance in the spectral range 200 4000nm and works under the most extreme conditions in a temperature range from -40C...+80C.

Sky Scanner
MS-321LR
The automatic Sky Scanner MS-321LR is designed only to measure Luminance and Radiance of the sky hemisphere. The sensor has 2 highly sensitive detectors which respond to the low light levels of the diffuse sky and will automatically block direct radiation by the active shutter function.

Spectroradiometers
MS-700 Series
Since their introduction, they were widely used as reference instruments for outdoors spectral irradiance measurements in the fields of Photovoltaic and Meteorological research. In 2001 the MS-700/701 was successfully introduced and adopted by researchers. Since then, the MS series expanded, with sophisticated instruments like MS-711 and MS-712 which cover a wide spectral range for VIS-NIR-IR applications. The MS-series now covers a spectral range from 300nm up to 1700 nm. All spectroradiometers benefit from an advanced spectrometer which is temperature controlled at a fixed temperature to maximise performance in a wide operating temperature range. During the years we proved that long term stability was one of the success factors of the MS-series spectroradiometers.

Sunshine Duration Sensors
MS-093
MS-093 precisely measures the direct solar irradiance that exceeds the threshold of 120w/m2, which is defined in the sunshine duration measurement method by WMO (World Meteorological Organization), making it possible to measure highly accurate sunshine duration.

Sun Trackers
STR-series
EKO Sun Trackers are very compact, robust, relatively light weight and very power efficient. Inside the Sun Tracker a Harmonic Drive with advanced motion control unit is used on each output shaft. Harmonic drive is a leading drive technology for those application where high precision, durability, low backlash, high transmission ratios and torque is required. Due to its compact design and high transmission ratio small motors could be used to keep the power consumption low.

Heat Flux Sensors
MF Series
EKO Heat Flow Sensors are applied to measure the heat flow or thermal conductivity in materials and radiative IR flux emitted by body surfaces. The sensors are suitable for indoors applications, some models made for outdoors purposes and are available in different sizes and thickness. All sensors are extremely flat, which is a big advantage considering the minimum interference with the conditions of the testing area the thermal dynamics. Since sensor foils are relatively flexible those can easy be applied on curved surfaces and can be used in different applications to measure the performance of insulating materials in refrigerators, container walls, pipes, building constructions, etc.

Pyrgeometers / Four-Component Radiometer
EKO's pyrgeometers and net radiometers are used for meteorological observations of atmospheric radiations (radiations from clouds, water vapor, CO2 etc.) and the net radiation exchange between the earth and the atmosphere. Net total irradiance (shortwave + longwave) is typically measured by 4 component net radiometers or single component pyradiometers which have a single detector covering the full range. Pyrgeometers measure the long wave down welling radiation by means of a single detector facing the atmosphere. The Net longwave and down welling radiation can be determined by calculation.
