  • Dual-Pump Continuous Flow Systems

    Teledyne LABS

Teledyne LABS SyriXus continuous-flow systems couple two pump modules to a single controller, and use an active or passive valve manifold to provide non-stop, continuous feed of almost any fluid. The controller refills one pump while the other is delivering, using special algorithms to equalize pressure and flow of both pumps. This allows virtually pulseless transition at pump switchover while maintaining accurate flow rate. Two different valve packages are available to accommodate all types of fluids and specific requirements of your experiment or process.

  • On-line ICP / ICP-MS Sample Preparation System

    SDX ʜᴘʟᴅ - Teledyne LABS

The SDXHPLD system combines the proven ASX‑560 autosampler with a novel vortex mixing dilution accessory. The system dilutes in the same way you do by hand: volume-to-volume dilution, using a highly accurate syringe pump. But it also goes an additional step to vortex mix the resulting dilution prior to sample introduction to ICP and ICP-MS.The SDX employs vortex mixing to promote homogenization of a sample to ensure accurate and precise analysis following dilution. The variety of sample matrices submitted for trace element analysis necessitates the need for mixing. This long overdue capability improves data quality by fully homogenizing a dilution mixture rather than performing in-line combination. The SDXHPLD is a straight-forward, fully-integrated solution for automated dilution of aqueous and acid base sample prep for ICP or ICP-MS.

  • Enclosures for Autosamplers

    Teledyne LABS

Teledyne LABS autosampler enclosures protects your samples, your personnel and your bottom line. Environmental Impurities can wreak havoc on your trace element analysis. An anti-contamination autosampler enclosure is a major component for maintaining sample integrity to achieve reliable results. We’ve developed a range of enclosures to work with the full line of autosamplers. Multiple size options save bench space, while multiple configuration possibilities and optional accessories allow you to configure the enclosure to best suit your needs.

  • Dual Matrix Autosampler

    Oils 7400 - Teledyne LABS

Oils testing laboratories are adding more sample types as their industry becomes more complex. The Oils 7400 Homogenizing Autosampler allows two sample matricies to be introduced to an ICP instrument from the same system. Boasting a dual port rinse station fed by two separate peristaltic pumps, it can change between oils and coolants testing on demand. With improved speed, mixing capability and sample drip capture, the Oils 7400 delivers robust analysis without compromise.

  • Sample Preparation

    Teledyne LABS

Sample preparation can be monotonous and time-consuming. Why not let robots do the robot work while you accomplish other tasks? Teledyne LABS sample prep systems are designed to be workhorses in the lab, freeing you up to do anything from writing a report to squeezing in a quick bite to eat during a busy day. The time-savings equate to financial savings too, with higher throughput meaning you get more done with less effort. We offer solutions for online (integrated with analyzer) and offline (standalone) aqueous and oil liquid-handling applications.
