  • Hazardous Location Syringe Pump

    500HLf - Teledyne LABS

The Teledyne LABS HLf-Series pumps give you the same accurate, predictable flow and pressure control as our standard D-Series, while conforming to safety standards for use in UL Class I, Division 2, Groups A B C & D, T4 environments. The hazardous location rating is achieved through internal design modifications including the use of brushless DC motors. This approach eliminates the need for purge boxes or other additional safety devices. Wetted materials are compatible with most aqueous and organic liquids, corrosive solutions, heated fluids, liquefied gases, viscous fluids, or slurries and pastes. If needed, optional materials such as Hastelloy C-276 are available on request. The HLf controller has a keypad and LCD, as well as built-in and optional interfaces for computer control and other devices. Programming is easy and flexible, with instant access to menu screens even when the pump is running. This allows you to change operating parameters on the fly.

  • Dual-Pump Continuous Flow Systems

    Teledyne LABS

Teledyne LABS SyriXus continuous-flow systems couple two pump modules to a single controller, and use an active or passive valve manifold to provide non-stop, continuous feed of almost any fluid. The controller refills one pump while the other is delivering, using special algorithms to equalize pressure and flow of both pumps. This allows virtually pulseless transition at pump switchover while maintaining accurate flow rate. Two different valve packages are available to accommodate all types of fluids and specific requirements of your experiment or process.

  • Syringe Pump Options and Accessories

    Teledyne LABS

Options and accessories for SyriXus pumps allow you to customize your pump to meet the unique needs of your specific application. Most options are available to be retrofitted on-site, or installed in the factory, if your needs change. Contact the factory for assistance with selection and ordering.

  • Desolvating Nebulizer

    Aridus3 - Teledyne LABS

The CETAC Aridus3 Desolvating Nebulizer System is a specialized liquid sample introduction accessory for inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP‑MS). The Aridus3 can enhance analyte sensitivity up to 10 times or more and can greatly reduce solvent-based interferences such as oxides and hydrides. The Aridus3 couples a low-flow (50, 100, or 200 µL/min) PFA nebulizer and a heated PFA spray chamber with an inert fluoropolymer membrane. This combination provides enhanced analyte sensitivity while reducing solvent based interferences such as oxides and hydrides. The Aridus3 is particularly advantageous for small volume and highly corrosive samples such as those generated in the earth sciences and the semiconductor industry.

  • Self-Cooling Condensor

    EcoChyll X1 - Teledyne LABS

You can think of the EcoChyll X1 as a chiller with no tank, no coolant liquid, and which achieves its setpoint temperature in just one minute. It has a built-in condenser, connects to any brand of benchtop rotary evaporator, and has a footprint under one square foot.Want more? The EcoChyll X1 involves less tubing and fewer opportunities for leaks.Still want more? The EcoChyll X1 uses about one quarter of the electricity of a recirculating chiller with a similar cooling capacity. The EcoChyll has virtually no maintenance or setup requirements. Connect it to your existing rotary evaporator, plug it in, turn it on, and it’s ready to go.Ecodyst has pioneered a smart self-cooling technology with no consumables as compared with traditional rotary evaporators. Upgrade your rotary evaporator with EcoChyll X1 and immediately begin to benefit from the many advantages it offers.

  • Large-Scale Vertical Evaporators

EcoChymm X Series - Teledyne LABS

Ecodyst® has created the next generation of benchtop and industrial-scale high-speed evaporators for use in laboratory and commercial settings. Using a disruptive refrigerated cooling technology, our evaporators provide eco-friendly and efficient self-cooling metal or Teflon-coated condensers that set new standards for rotary evaporation, distillation, purification, and winterization. All models use a revolutionary tankless cooling technology that is continuously available, provides sustainable temperature control, increases productivity, allows for instrumentation with a reduced footprint, and has low associated operating costs.

  • Syringe Pumps

    SyriXus Series - Teledyne LABS

Teledyne LABS SyriXus® single-pump syringe pumps feature exceptional quality, precision and durability. They consist of a precise controller and syringe pump module for the all-important accuracy you demand. The piston-driven module uses a single speed gear train. The SyriXus controller offers many different operating modes and features, including high-pressure syringe pumps. We can also customize the software to your specific application upon request.
