The Tap Changer Analyzer & Winding Ohmmeter of the RMO-TT series is designed for winding resistance measurement of inductive objects, and for a tap changer analysis. The RMO-TT series is based on the state of the art technology, using the most advanced switch mode technology available today. The RMO-TT instruments are accurate (0,1%), powerful (up to 100 A) and still portable. The Instruments generate a true DC ripple free current with automatically regulated measurement and discharging circuit. RMO-TT instruments can perform a simple, quick and reliable transformer on-load tap changer condition assessment. This series of instruments enable measurements of a winding resistance in every tap position, current ripple values (percentage of a current drop during a tap change) and transition times during the tap changes. Problems with a connection, contacts, and selector/diverter switch operation (tap change with interruption) can be detected with these measurements.

The RMO-TW instrument can perform a simple, fast and reliable verification of a transformer on-load tap changer. This instrument allows measurements of a winding resistance at each tapping position of an on-load tap changer without discharging between tests. Problems with OLTC switching, such as interruption, can be detected with these measurements. The results are displayed on a backlit LCD screen.

Description The Advanced CAT Series Analyzers and Timers are stand-alone or PC-controlled digital instruments for circuit breaker status evaluation. Timing channels record arc closing and opening, resistance and auxiliary contacts. The main contact channels can also measure the resistance value of pre-insertion resistors (if present in the breaker). The advanced CAT series records graphs of the opening and closing coil currents and the movements of the moving parts of the high and medium voltage circuit breaker. The Coil Analyzer SAT40A II series is a powerful tool for testing circuit breakers where a substation battery is not available. It is unique device in the market due to its dual purpose: - It can be used as a stable power supply for coils and spring-charging motors (both DC and AC power supply voltage) during commissioning and maintenance testing. - It is powerful analysis tool for assessing conditions of circuit breaker auxiliary circuit and coils. The Coil Analyzer SAT40A II series has separate DC and AC coil outputs for power supply of opening and closing coils. The output voltage is selectable in the ranges from 10 V to 300 V DC or from 10 V to 250 V AC. The Coils outputs can withstand up to 15 A current. The DC and AC motor outputs can generate from 10 V to 300 V DC and 250 V AC voltage. The motor outputs can withstand starting (inrush) currents up to 40 A. These outputs can also be used as continuous power supply outputs.
