50MHz Arbitrary Waveform/ Function Generator
Model 645
Berkeley Nucleonics Corporation
The BNC Model 645 50MHz Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generator delivers many advanced features and user modes than our previous models, with a price that is designed to meet tough economic constraints. New DDS+ technology embraces advancements in the semiconductor industry and leverages state-of-the-art components for both standard and complex functions. The resulting design is a box for every bench, far more capable than the ARBs and Function Generators of the past. We have even incorporated IP support, so a web browser can control the instrument over LAN.

Phase Noise Testers / Signal Source Analyzers
7000 Series
Berkeley Nucleonics Corporation
The 7000 series is an all-in-one integrated solution that offers an indispensable set of low-noise phase measurement functions. Offering both Absolute and Additive(residual) measurement capabilities in one unit at no additional cost, the 7000 series is the most flexible solution on the market. The instrument comprises a two-channel, cross-correlation system with two internal, tunable references sources that also allows measurements with externally sourced references. We offer three platform options for the 7000 Series Phase Noise Testers: the 7070 1 MHz to 7 GHz, the 7300 1 MHz to 26 GHz, 7340 1 MHz to 40 GHz, 7350 1 MHz to 50 GHz, and the 7360 1 MHz to 65 GHz.

Multi-Channel Vector Signal Generators
875
Berkeley Nucleonics Corporation
The Model 875 is an ultra-fast-switching vector-modulated signal source covering a continuous frequency range from 10 MHz to 40 GHz. The Model 875 offers switching speeds as fast as to 200ns, enables ultrafast CW frequency sweeps, chirping, intra-pulse modulation and pulse shaping, all with very low phase noise. A high-performance internal I/Q modulator enables customized modulation waveforms and supports dedicated modulation schemes such as avionics modulations. This newly engineered design couples extremely deep memory and wideband capabilities - making complex modulation affordable and easy to program.
