Cytogenetic Drying Chamber
CDS-5
Developed in cooperation with Mayo Clinic, Thermotron's Cytogenetic Drying Chamberthe CDS-5was specifically designed for conducting cytogenetic slide drying tests during harvest of in situ and non-in situ grown cultures. The CDS-5 provides the optimum controlled temperature and humidity environment required to achieve ideal chromosome spreading results. As evidenced in research conducted by the Cytogenetics Laboratory at Mayo Clinic, the CDS-5 facilitates reliable and repeatable chromosome spreading. The use of an environmentally controlled drying chamber is a practical and cost effective way of achieving ideal chromosome spreading in a routine and highly consistent manner. Favorable chromosome spreading results can be obtained for both in situ and non-in situ cultures including PHA stimulated lymphocytes, bone marrow, amniocytes, and fibroblast.

HALT HASS Chamber
AST applies stresses (such as temperature and vibration) to products well beyond its normal use environment. This type of testing is done to determine product operating and destruct limits. Automated Thermal Stress System
ATSS Series
Thermotron's Automated Thermal Stress Systems (ATSS) facilitate extremely rapid product temperature change rates in a space-saving, self-contained design that accelerate a Thermal Stress test. Thermotron's ATSS chambers meet the latest MIL-STD 883E and MIL-STD 202F thermal shock specifications as well as JEDEC and IPC test methods. ATSS chambers are capable of the following: Rapid thermal shocking, Accelerated product stressing, Controlled thermal cycling in a self-contained, compact design. With separate hot and cold zones, the Automated Thermal Stress System was designed with a patented retractable product transfer carrier that makes full use of the available working volume in both temperature zones for increased product loading and throughput. Moisture Test Chamber
The chamber features a self-contained water recirculation system that eliminates the cost and inconvenience of plumbing in a facility water supply. Water is injected into the test enclosure through specifically-sized nozzles. Flow meters with adjustment valves supply the spray at specified flow parameters.
