Innovative Testing Solutions, Inc.
Innovative Testing Solutions was incorporated in 1995 as an automotive test consulting company. One year later, due to heavy customer demand for testing services, a small laboratory was created in Troy, Michigan. Within six months, a larger facility was necessary to handle testing demands. This facility was found in Clawson, Michigan, only one mile away from our previous location. The Clawson facility was used for two and one half years until it became too small. This led to our current facility (over twice as large) in Madison Heights, Michigan.

Our specialty is Direct Current automotive components. We perform product validation and design verification testing on both electrical components and systems. Also, we perform warranty investigation testing and failure analysis. We have voltage capabilities to 300 volts and current capabilities to 1000 amperes. Both two-wire and four-wire resistance measurements are supported from NanoOhms to GigaOhms.

Shock And Vibration Testing

We perform multiple types of vibration testing; Random, Sine, Sine-on Random, Random-on-Random, and Road-Load vibration. Our vibration capabilities range from as low as 2 lbs/force to 4,000 lbs/force. Four of our systems have 2? stroke capacity and we have four chambers designed to perform combined environment testing.
