The Model 9420 Series Digital Delay-Pulse Generator with 2, 4 or 8 independent outputs is designed to provide cutting edge, yet cost-effective solutions to generate and synchronize multiple pulses for a wide range of applications. The delay and pulse width for each channel are independent and digitally controlled which makes the instrument ideal for situations that require synchronizing a number of different events. Laser Modules
The piezo laser modules include an attenuator, a filter wheel, an X-Y aperture, and a rotating waveplate. These compact laser modules can be integrated independently or can be daisy-chained together into laser beam delivery systems and have a damage threshold of 5 J/cm2. Attenuator modules connected together can also provide independent control of energy in multiple wavelength systems.

Laser Systems
We offer a full line of complete laser micro-machining heads for semiconductor applications. These systems feature an integrated DPSS Jewel ND:Yag laser incorporated into a uni-body all-in-one form factor. They also have a robust mechanical and optical design for manufacturing and repair applications. Our three models of micromachining heads are diverse enough to adjust to a variety of applications including: ablation, semiconductor FA, TFT/LCD, CF and cell LCM, and OLED repair.
