    This PXI microwave module is part of a range that gives you the highest RF & microwave switching performance available. Applications are mainly in the microwave region, however there are many uses in the RF spectrum where extremely low insertion loss and ultra high isolation are critical, they may also be used for lower frequency RF applications where power handling to 240W is required (700W for N-Type options).

    This range of PXI microwave transfer switch modules has a characteristic impedance of 50 and is available in versions with maximum operating frequencies of 18GHz, 26.5GHz or 40GHz. Connections are made via front panel mounted high quality RF coaxial connectors, SMA or SMA 2.9, depending upon the frequency range. Transfer switches have four ports with two possible switch states. In the default (de-energized) state, ports 1 to 2 and 3 to 4 have signal paths between them. In the energized state the signal paths are between ports 1 to 3 and 2 to 4 (see diagrams on data sheet).   • Octal 4 to 1 50 600MHz PXI RF Multiplexer

    This 4 to 1 multiplexer is part of a range of RF multiplexers available in the following configurations: dual, quad and octal 4 to 1, single, dual and quad 8 to 1, single and dual 16 to 1 and single 32 to 1. All multiplexers have the option of automatic terminations which offer advantages at system level by reducing the presence of standing waves in the system which can cause degradation in isolation and crosstalk. These RF multiplexers exhibit low insertion loss and VSWR through the use of modern RF relay technology at an affordable cost. Each MUX has been carefully designed to ensure excellent and repeatable RF characteristics to frequencies of 600MHz with each path having a nominally equal insertion loss. The injection of noise and unwanted signals into the signal paths has been minimized by careful attention to the mechanical and electrical design.   • PXI 4x4 10GHz Matrix with Loop-Thru

    The 40-787 Microwave BRIC platform is designed to provide a solution for complex RF matrix applications. Using a common mechanical platform the module can be constructed to provide scaleable non-blocking or blocking microwave matrix for frequencies to at least 20GHz. The standard configurations provide up to a 4x4 matrix. More complex matrix can be constructed by adding further switching functions and other devices inside the module. The matrix is available with optional terminated inputs to avoid the creation of standing waves on unconnected input cables. A Loop Thru option allows the matrix size to be expanded by combining a number of modules with additional cables, enabling 8x4 or even 8x8 matrix to be constructed.

An innovative construction method ensures the 40-884 provides a compact 3 slot solution which has excellent RF performance.A 4x4 matrix aids the concurrent testing of up to 4 devices with 4 different sets of test equipment, improving speed of testin RF systems and making more efficient use of expensive test equipment.

  • PXI 16 to 1 Mux 1Ghz 75 Ohm SMB

    40-747-751 - Pickering Interfaces Ltd.

    The 40-747 is a single 16 to 1 RF MUX available in 50 Ohmhm or 75 Ohmhm versions occupying a single PXI slot. The module is available with SMB or SMA connectors for 50 Ohmhm versions or, 1.0/2.3 or Mini SMB connectors for 75 Ohm versions. Applications for the 40-747 include routing high frequency signals to and from oscilloscopes, analyzers, signal generators and synthesizers, telecoms tributary switching, video/audio switching and switching high frequency logic signals.
