Gopal Electronics was established in 1989 by Mr. Gangaram Panchal in Ahmedabad (India), who has over 40 years of experience in magnetic measurement of soft and hard magnetic material. He invented the first product that was the single sheet watt loss tester for watt loss measurement of motor stamping and EI type laminations. That product proves as very good solutions for the trades and suppliers of electrical stamping to evaluate their material grade. We setup our new manufacturing unit at naroda, Ahmedabad in 1995. Then the development chain starts and we developed range of products like Analog Iron Loss Tester, Digital Iron Loss Tester, Holiday Detector, 3 Phase Power Analyzer etc. Our range of products is world renowned. Franklin Tester
Model FT1
The Franklin tester FT‐1 is designed to measure the surface insulation resistivity of electrical steel sheet according to the ASTM Standard A717 and IS:649. This test method is suitable for quality control in the application of insulation coating. For ease of testing FT‐1 automatically set 300 PSI pressure on the sample by the inbuilt hydraulic unit and it is capable to set the desired test temperature of the platform. Then the regulated supply of 0.5V gets on and the current flowing through the insulation get measured. The calculated insulation resistivity will be displayed on graphics LCD display and as well as on printed report via thermal printer.

Franklin Tester Model
Model FT2
Franklin Tester Model FT-2 is designed as per IS:649 & ASTM:717 Standard to measure insulation resistivity of electrical steel sheet. It requires precision & noise free DC regulated power supply and equally distributed pressure on electrode. Franklin Tester FT-2 regulated power supply provides 0.5000V with 0.1% accuracy over load and no load. Most of national and international standard has specified only 0.5%, means FT-2 is equipped with five time better accuracy than required.
