Our intelligent strain gauge bridge amplifier is a compact, stackable microprocessor based unit specifically designed to control and monitor process applications. Flexible connection to most load cells, pressure or strain gauges over a wide range of sensitivities. The unit provides isolated current 4-20mA and voltage 0-10V analogue outputs and two digital inputs. Two set point relays can be configured to set thresholds such as net, gross, peak and valley. Powered from a wide ranging DC supply, the DIN rail amplifier is supplied with 2 part screw connectors for ease of installation.

The DSCUSB-PT is a compact, high-precision potentiometer input module; converting a resistance based input (potentiometer) to a digital output. Can be used with resistance based sensors to indicate position, rotation and angle. Aimed at applications which require high accuracy. Simply by plugging the device into a PC, data can be extracted from the potentiometer input to the DSCUSB-PT for a wide range of applications. This is achieved using the DSCUSB Toolkit software, which is a simple configuration tool designed specifically for configuring DSCUSB modules. It allows configuration, calibration, logging and parameter management of the modules.

Signal Converters & Load Cell Signal Converter
Mantracourt provide a range of signal converter modules which take load cell or strain bridge inputs and provide a data output in a variety of bus and protocol formats. Hardware formats include RS232, RS422 RS485, CAN and USB. Signal converter protocols include Industry Standards such as MODBUS, or Mantracourt’s own proprietary protocols which have been optimised for either ease of use (MantraASCII2) or higher speed communications (MantraBus2).
