4U Compact 42HP CompactPCI Serial Chassis Platform
CPCIS4VC800
The CPCIS4VC800 is a 4U vertical-mount chassis that holdsup to eight 3U slots at a 0.8” pitch. The modular card guidescan be adjusted to allow 1.0” pitch or other spacing in .2”increments. The standard PSU is a fixed 350W ATX, but other options are available. Conduction-cooled card guides arealso available for testing and development.

MicroTCA Systems

With expertise in xTCA systems, along with backplane and cooling specialists, Pixus will help you create a winning µTCA design. MicroTCA is a modular, open standard for building high performance switched fabric computer systems in a small form factor. MicroTCA systems utilize standard Advanced Mezzanine Cards (AMCs) which provide processing and I/O functions. MicroTCA targets smaller telecom systems at the edge of the network, as well as mobile, military, telemetry, data acquisition, and avionics applications.

Eurocard Based Systems
With over 100K Rittal brand components, Pixus has virtually unlimited configurations of chassis platforms for embedded computing. Typical plug-in modules are 3U or 6U with a 160mm depth. OpenVPX, CompactPCI Serial, CompactPCI, VME, and VME64x are open standard backplane architectures commonly used in 19" rack-mount Eurocard enclosure systems. (For OpenVPX products, see the Pixus OpenVPX section.) Enclosures are available to hold these boards in front-to-rear, bottom-to-top, and for 6U and 8U boards there is side-to-side cooling options. The chassis can come with or without integrated fan trays or with redundant push-pull cooling. EMC versions are also standard.

With options for VITA 46/VITA 48 compliant specifications for VPX (with VITA 65 OpenVPX compliant backplanes), Pixus offers complete systems with power supply unit and backplane, fully assembled, pre-wired and tested.
