ATOS Core
ATOS Core is the specialist for the three-dimensional measurement of small components up to 500 millimeters in size. The sensor forms the basis for a diverse range of measuring tasks – from simple 3D scanning to fully automated measurement and inspection processes. The ATOS Core is used for the three-dimensional measurement of small and medium-sized objects such as ceramic cores, and cast or plastic parts. To capture also large objects of several meters in optimal workflows, the ATOS Core can be easily combined with digital photogrammetry of GOM's optical 3D coordinate measuring machine TRITOP.

With the ATOS ScanBox Series 8, GOM is offering a measuring system that can measure complete vehicles both outside and inside. The main application areas are analyses in Meisterbock and Cubing, inspection of complete vehicles and quality control in body manufacturing. Measurements from several components can be merged virtually in order to evaluate information about flush and gaps. Other areas of application include, for example, the scanning of cast blanks, quality control of milled tools and tool maintenance.

ARAMIS SRX
The new ARAMIS SRX is a 3D measurement system for dynamic evaluation of 3D coordinates, 3D displacement and surface strain. It comprises the latest camera technology including 12-megapixel cameras. Capturing up to 2000 images per second, the sensor is especially designed for rapid testing applications. It comes with an additional setup for crash applications providing an image acquisition rate of 1000 images per second in HD format. With the combination of high resolution and high speed, the ARAMIS SRX sensor is perfectly suited to high-end applications. The ARAMIS 3D Camera is a measuring system for full-field and point-based measurements. With a high resolution of 6 megapixels and a maximum image recording rate of 25 Hz at full resolution, the sensor is suited for medium-fast applications in the field materials and components testing. In a different configuration with a resolution of 2.3 megapixels and a maximum image recording rate of 130 Hz at full resolution expands the range of applications. The ATOS ScanBox Series 7 is mainly used in car manufacturing, in try-out toolmaking and in press shops. The optical 3D measuring system performs complete analysis measurements for comparison in the introductory phase or is used for quality control in production. Large parts such as automobile side panels and attached parts of up to 6 m in size can be measured. The full- field measuring data enable the analysis of hole pattern, trimming and character lines. Even heavy and large parts for other applications can be measured and inspected with the ATOS ScanBox Series 7.

Mobile Optical 3D Measuring System for Online Photogrammetry
PONTOS Live
PONTOS Live is GOM’s tracking system for positioning components, as for a precise alignment on CNC machines or for the adjustment of fixtures. Combined with the GOM Touch Probe, PONTOS Live allows the inspection of areas that are optically difficult to access. Based on the triangulation principle, PONTOS Live analyzes components of different sizes – from a few millimeters up to several meters – point by point and regardless of the material.
