  • Optical 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine

    TRITOP - GOM GmbH

The portable TRITOP system measures coordinates of three-dimensional objects quickly and precisely. Measuring tasks that traditionally were performed by tactile 3D coordinate measuring machines can now easily be carried out with the TRITOP system. It does not require any complex, heavy and maintenance-intensive hardware. The measuring machine comes to the object!

  • Optical Forming Analysis

    ARGUS - GOM GmbH

The forming analysis system ARGUS supports the optimization of the sheet metal forming process taking into account the correct material selection and the optimization of tools. This a decisive factor for competitiveness, particularly in the automotive industry. ARGUS provides full-field results with high local resolution for small as well as for large components. Therefore, it is ideal for numerous sheet metal forming tasks like: detection of critical deformation areas, solving complex forming problems, optimization of forming processes, verification of tools as well as verification and optimization of numerical simulations.

  • Optical 3D Scanner

    ATOS Core - GOM GmbH

ATOS Core is the specialist for the three-dimensional measurement of small components up to 500 millimeters in size. The sensor forms the basis for a diverse range of measuring tasks – from simple 3D scanning to fully automated measurement and inspection processes. The ATOS Core is used for the three-dimensional measurement of small and medium-sized objects such as ceramic cores, and cast or plastic parts. To capture also large objects of several meters in optimal workflows, the ATOS Core can be easily combined with digital photogrammetry of GOM's optical 3D coordinate measuring machine TRITOP.

  • Metrology CT Scanner

    GOM GmbH

The GOM CT scans complex components in one measuring sequence and thus makes the entire part including internal structures available with component positioning performed automatically. GOM CT technical specifications: 225-kV x-ray source | 3k detector | Measuring Volume: 240 mm x 400 mm | Photogrammetric Calibration | Temperature balancing | 5-axis kinematics.

  • ARAMIS Adjustable

    GOM GmbH

ARAMIS Adjustable is a stereo camera system for full-field or point-based analyses of statically or dynamically loaded parts. The ARAMIS Adjustable provides precise 3D coordinates and is used in the research field for very small to large-sized objects. The sensor can be flexibly used for different measuring tasks due to variable measuring volumes and measuring distances.

  • ATOS ScanBox

    Series 5 - GOM GmbH

Both ATOS ScanBox models use ATOS Triple Scan sensors of the highest performance class. Thanks to the automatic precision calibration, high levels of accuracy are also achieved with large parts. As the relative position between the component and the sensor is constantly monitored throughout the entire measurement, interfering ambient influences can be detected and eliminated.

  • ATOS ScanBox

    Series 4 - GOM GmbH

Injection and die-cast parts and their tools, molds, stamped and drawn parts often have very complex contours and connection geometries which have to be checked during the series and batch production ramp-up. The ATOS ScanBox 4105 is an efficient 3D measuring machine for these applications.

  • ATOS ScanBox

    Series 6 - GOM GmbH

In production metrology, it is important to check a large number of parts as completely as possible, in order to be able to correct faulty production processes at short notice and in a targeted manner. Typical applications for the ATOS ScanBox 6130 are quality control e.g. of attached parts or interior parts, but also product development and tool tryout. Very large or heavy parts can also be measured in the ATOS ScanBox 6130, for example cast parts or tools.

  • ATOS Triple Scan

    GOM GmbH

In the standardized measuring machine ATOS ScanBox, ATOS Triple Scan is used for fully automated measuring and inspection of parts. The ATOS ScanBox is a complete optical 3D measuring machine that was developed by GOM for an efficient quality control in production and manufacturing processes. In the ATOS ScanBox models of series 5, 6, 7 and 8, ATOS Triple Scan can be extended with a Plus Box photogrammetry add-on. This allows bigger components or multiple parts to be measured simultaneously.

  • ATOS ScanBox

    Series 8 - GOM GmbH

With the ATOS ScanBox Series 8, GOM is offering a measuring system that can measure complete vehicles both outside and inside. The main application areas are analyses in Meisterbock and Cubing, inspection of complete vehicles and quality control in body manufacturing. Measurements from several components can be merged virtually in order to evaluate information about flush and gaps. Other areas of application include, for example, the scanning of cast blanks, quality control of milled tools and tool maintenance.

  • Sensor for High-End Applications

    ARAMIS SRX - GOM GmbH

The new ARAMIS SRX is a 3D measurement system for dynamic evaluation of 3D coordinates, 3D displacement and surface strain. It comprises the latest camera technology including 12-megapixel cameras. Capturing up to 2000 images per second, the sensor is especially designed for rapid testing applications. It comes with an additional setup for crash applications providing an image acquisition rate of 1000 images per second in HD format. With the combination of high resolution and high speed, the ARAMIS SRX sensor is perfectly suited to high-end applications.
