RFTMS staff has been building NI-based ATE and Data Acquisition (DAQ) systems since 1990. RFTMS is a National Instruments Alliance Member. We specialize in database driven RF and microwave ATE implemented as Software-Defined Test (SDT) Systems for production and engineering labs. We offer a variety of consulting and integration services, including turnkey system architectural design and integration. We offer Unit Under Test (UUT) drivers, instrument drivers (IVI-COM, IVI-C, VISA PNP, LabVIEW Project-Style, LabWindows/CVI), and a variety of communications protocols.
