On August 1st , 2023 The Department for Business and Trade (DBT) announced it will indefinitely extend the use of CE marking for businesses for most types ofproducts. The UKCA Mark is still an accepted mark but will no longer be required in aneffort to ease the burden that is being put on manufacturers.
