Automatic Efficiency by Summation of Losses

Automatic Efficiency by Summation of Losses

The MEA IEC-60034-2-1 standard implements the following:1.Automatic IEC test- Automatic IEC 60034-2-1 Test Bench, Calculating Efficiency by Summation of Losses with Load Test.2.IEC reports- Complete Automatic Excel report, containing: Constant losses, Load losses, and Residual losses, Durability Testing, Full Load Performance Test.3.Power supply- Regenerative Dynamometer, Power Supply for the Motor under Test. MEA RDS implements automatically the IEC–60034-2-1 standard. The following steps are done automatically: Stator winding resistance measurement at ambient temperature, Rated load temperature test, Stator winding resistance measurement, Load curve test with torque measurement, No-load test, Stator winding resistance measurement Determination of loss components: Constant losses: (Friction and winding losses: 8.2.2.3.2; Iron losses: 8.2.2.3.3) Load losses: (Stator and rotor winding losses, including temperature correction: 8.2.2.4.1.2 and 8.2.2.4.1.3) Additional load losses: (Residual losses) MEA IEC provides engine test solutions for different engine sizes, ranging from very small to heavy duty (power range: 80 kW – 2000 kW).
