The ADC tester is used in 2nd line maintenance is to check the functionality of ADC. This unit is a rugged customized hardware based on full functionality test of ADC. The Air Data Computer (ADC) Tester is a fully automated GO/NOGO tester with full functional testing in 2nd line maintenance. This tester is to test ADC at unit level and identify faulty Shop Replaceable Unit (SRU). This tester is also used to carry out PI checks on ADC before clear them for installation on aircraft. ADC Interface board designed to test full functionality of ADC. The Air Data Computer (ADC) test equipment shall be used for testing ADC of Tejas Aircraft. ADC test equipment shall verify the functionality against specifications during second line maintenance and pre-installation on the aircraft.

Fuel Display Unit Test Bench is a compact table-top test bench with front panel controls, indications, built-in signal simulator and necessary power supply for testing the serviceability of Fuel Display Unit of Helicopter. FTB operates on 230 V AC and supplies 28 V DC power to FDU. FTB is housed in a metallic cabinet FTB interfaces with both 61 Pin connector and 6-pin socket mounted on the rear panel of FDU by means of the cable connected to the unit. FTB is fabricated utilizing off-the-shelf standard industrial/commercial components like rotary switches, toggle switches, press switches, test sockets, fuse holders, potentiometer etc. The Frequency generation circuit is integrated into FTB for the simulation of Fuel probe and flow rate signals. The frequency of the signal can be selected by means of a rotary switch Low amplitude sine wave signal is simulated for testing flow rates. Variable voltage DC power supply with a voltage range of 24 to 29 Volts is provided within FTB to power-up FDU. 5 V DC is provided for the operation of signal generating circuit (PIC Frequency Controller Board). An off-the-shelf Hand held battery operated Digital Multimeter (DMM) procured from the prominent manufacturer (FLUKE) is supplied with FTB for setting up and measurement of various parameters like Resistance, Voltage, Frequency etc.

The HSIR is the ground test facility and it simulates various LRUs/sensors interfaced with the HAWK Mission Computer. RIG consists of Industrial computers with Simulation modules, Acquisition modules, Video generator module and video display monitors. RIG provides the simulated inputs to both the MCs from each simulated sensor/ LRU through hardwired signals, through the MIL-1553B, Arinc 429, RS-422, RS232 and Ethernet etc. The rig is capable of testing two MCs together either of which can be used as the Bus Controller (BC) or the Remote Terminal (RT). The rig provides the facility to monitor and acquire the MIL-1553B, Arinc 429, RS-422, and RS232 Ethernet bus, Analog IOs, Synchro IOs, Discrete IOs and transactions that takes place between the MCs and various sensors/units.
