Inspection templates enhance the visual inspection process by guiding the operator's eyes to a specific location on the board to check for the presence and correctness of components.StenTech’s pin support templates are manufactured from a clear acrylic material to allow for a rigid template. They are designed to match the board sizes, allowing you to process the template through different processes. By using it in your screen printer, you can easily guide the pins to support the board into place, reducing setup time, reducing damage to components by the pins and creating a good support for the board during printing. We can also provide our customers with a 1:1 ratio Mylar for inspection needs. We can generate your Mylars from Gerber or DXF files that are sent electronically.
