Digital Signal Identification
There are times when using a conventional test telephone or other device to check whether a line is "dead" before cutting it down just won't work. One example is where a cable can be carrying an "out-of-band" service, like ADSL and VDSL, which are inaudible using conventional monitoring equipment. T-Bug will specifically identify the nature of the service on a line, whether xDSL or ISDN, while the DigAlert™ probe will warn if any high frequency signal is present. Check before you cut.
