  • HV Test Load Systems

    B-1025-1 - ROSS ENGINEERING CORPORATION

Design and manufacture of electronic and electromechanical devices and systems for our customers' special applications has been Ross Engineering Corporation's specialty for 44 years. Among these devices are our High Voltage Test Loads and Resistance/Capacitance Networks designed to simulate radar, communication, and television transmitter loads for testing up to 300kV DC or AC and 200kW. For example, one Test Load System required 4 separate simulated load networks to complete an 8kV, 14kV, 24/6kV, and 34kV high voltage testing system.

  • Motorized Force Test System

MT Series - Qualitest International Inc.

In the past, film extruders, paper producers, converters, and woven/non-woven fabric producers have had the choice of test stands and universal test machines which are either value-priced peak-force-only machines, or expensive computer-operated integral-load cell machines. Now you can have the best of both worlds in a single instrument. The series MT-1500, a simple to use computer operated tester, with Quality Control software for automatic calculation and graphical display of break, elongation, yield, modulus, and other, tension and compression force information.

  • Small Drop Test System

KRD41 series - CME Technology Co. Ltd.

KRD41 series small drop tester is suitable for free-fall test of small consumer electronics and components such as mobile phones, walkie-talkies, electronic dictionaries, CD / MD / MP3 and so on, applicable standards JISC 0044 and IEC 60068-2-32. Through standard tests on electronic products (surface drop, corner drop, edge drop, etc.) and collecting data, it simulates the vertical drop impact of electronic products during transportation and handling. It provides a basis for the design of the product's buffer and vibration damping and the selection of structural materials.

  • Zero-distance Drop Test System

KRD40 series - CME Technology Co. Ltd.

KRD40 series drop tester, mainly simulates the resistance to drop and impact of large and heavy packaging products. Its strong power system and unique sample holder facilitate easy loading and unloading of oversized and overweight items and automatically rise to the setting. After the height, the drop test is completed. It can realize the drop test of the edge, surface and angle of the sample. This equipment is mainly used to evaluate the ability of product or packaging to withstand drops during transportation and loading and unloading, so as to improve product and packaging design.

  • Multi-Purpose RF Test System

    SPA1241 - Elite RF, llc

The S - Series multi-purpose RF test system can be used in many applications such as R&D lab, ATE factory testing, EMC testing, field testing, and general purpose RF design. The S - Series is a flexible alternative to expensive and bulky RF test equipment. As shown in the setup in the upper right the S-Series system can be utilized to simultaneously provide all RF functions using its 7 inch front panel display or can be connected to a larger monitor for ease of viewing multiple windows at the same time

  • Electrical Safety Test Equipment

    IBEKO Power AB

Making a product “safe” requires an understanding of “hazards” that exist in each electrical product. Electrical shock is one of the four fundamental hazards. Because of that, it must be a part of any product electrical safety evaluation. Even though a product requires an electrical power source and uses electrical or electronic components, it should not present an electrical shock hazard to the user.Ground bond or earth continuity testing prevents electrical shock hazards. Similarly to a fault to earth, test instruments generate a high current. The standard requires that the resistance between protective earth and any conductive surface on the equipment does not exceed 0,1 Ohm. The test is performed by applying a DC current between the conductive surface and protective earth. By measuring the voltage drop, it calculates the resistance.RMO-E instruments are ideal for testing the protective bonding (grounding) of equipment following the standard IEC 61010-1. Applying current up to the value of 100 A and the ability to provide in the Contin menu (continuous operation) test current for the pre-set test duration (equal or exceeding 1 min) gives a user a possibility to easily check the protective bonding/grounding of the equipment. The full load voltage of 12 V assures proper measurement and accurate result. Finally, an instrument displays pass/fail classification according to user-preset parameters.
