  • Low Torque Reaction Sensors

    MTX - Mountz Inc.

The MTX is a low torque sensor designed for calibrating and testing small hand screwdrivers, torque wrenches and power tools. With its low profile design, the calibration instrument can be used for automated applications, by mounting it to a palletized system. This saves time as there is need to remove the driver from the robot or off the automated system for calibration. These versatile torque sensors are used in conjunction with a torque tester.

  • Plug And Socket Torque Test Machine

    Shenzhen Chuangxin Instruments Co., Ltd.

Plug Torque Tester/Device is for compliance is checked by engaging the device, as during intended use, with the socket-outlet of a test apparatus. Plug Torque Tester is a device provided with pins intended to be introduced into fixed socket-outlets shall not impose undue strain on these socket-outlets.

  • Electric Servo Motor Type 2 · 4 Poster Vibration Tester

    Kokusai Co., Ltd.

It arranges four 3-axis vibration testers equipped with a high torque, ultra-low inertia servomotor to test the vibration of the finished vehicle.

  • Dial Torque Analyzer

    MTS-Series - Mountz Inc.

Dial Analyzer is designed for hand tools, like torque screwdrivers and torque wrenches. This tool is not suitable for power tools. Ideal for checking torque tools on production floor daily or weekly to ensure the tools aren't falling out of calibration, or can be used in cailbration lab. Using a quality torque tester makes a safer world through accuracy and precision. Measuring torque is essential for companies to ensure their product’s quality, safety and reliability isn’t compromised. The failure of a three-cent fastener that isn’t properly tightened can lead to catastrophic or latent failures.

  • Calibration Equipment

    Mountz Inc.

Calibration is the method of comparing tools and measuring devices to higher accuracy standards. Torque calibration equipment is the official means by which torque testers and sensors are calibrated and are traceable to National or International Standards, such as N.I.S.T and ISO. In order to maintain precision accuracy, it is essential that torque measuring equipment be calibrated regularly. By equipping your team with Mountz calibration equipment, you can avoid the costly chore of sending your torque tools to the lab whenever they fall out of alignment.

  • Torque Testing

    Mecmesin Limited

Torque testers measure properties such as torsional strength and stiffness and are used in quality control of various fields including medical devices, metals, and aerospace

  • Torque Analyzers

    Mountz Inc.

You can reduce the risk of lost product on the line or failures in the field by using Mountz torque analyzers to ensure consistent quality. We have analyzers designed for the most efficient pass/fail assessments, models that use an internal computer to measure and display results in research and quality management environments, and even ones that connect to external torque sensors. • Electric Tool Life Tester

    Guangzhou Jumho Electric Co., Ltd.

Electric Tool Life Tester loads various periodic signals, such as constant current, constant torque and revolving speed etc, to a single electric tool until it is completely ruined, comparing historical data for further causal analysis.

  • Electric Tool Life Tester

    Jumho Electric Corporation

Electric Tool Life Tester loads various periodic signals, such as constant current, constant torque and revolving speed etc, to a single electric tool until it is completely ruined, comparing historical data for further causal analysis.

  • Torsion Testers

    Tinius Olsen

For maximum torsion testing versatility and capability, Tinius Olsen offers a full range of torsion testing machines in capacities from 1,000 to 30,000 Nm. These uniquely superior torsion testers provide loading and weighing capabilities in both directions of rotation. This feature makes it possible to conveniently determine not only the ultimate torque load of a specimen, but how that specimen behaves under conditions of continuous or intermittent torque loading in both directions.

  • Digital Display Auto Torsion Testing Machine

NJS Series - Jinan Testing Equipment IE Corporation

NJS Series Digital Display Auto Torsion tester is designed and built for torsion test on metal & non-metallic materials, as well as parts & components. NJS is loaded through the rotation of the active cartridge driven by the AC servo motor and cyclonical pinwheel reducer motor. The torque and torsion angle are measured respectively by the high-precision torque transducer and photoelectric encoder. The digital torsion testing machine is an essential instrument to inspect torsion properties of materials for mechanical laboratories of aviation industry, construction industry, scientific research department, universities and industrial enterprises.

  • Motor Test for Electric Scooters

    MOTOMEA

*The performance data of electric motors, in the majority of all cases, is performed by a brake test. Power input is calculated from current and voltage. Torque and power output are measured with a brake. It is important to reach, for each point, a persistent temperature. In case of large outer rotor BLDC motors, which are usually used for electric scooters, this traditional procedure may take many hours to complete, and is very complicated. *For several years, an innovative motor tester of MEA Testing Systems Ltd. is on the market. This testing system avoids any temperature confusion by testing a motor at constant temperature over the entire speed range. The test procedure is very fast, and gives the full load performances, including PWM current, voltage, torque, and driver efficiency, from stall up to no load. *During the test procedure, the motor is freely accelerated from stall to no load speed. The load of the motor is only the predetermined inertia of the rotor. From the moment of inertia and the acceleration, the torque of the motor is calculated and, also, the power output over the whole speed is given. Since the entire measuring time, depending on the motor size, is usually less than one second, the motor has no time to warm up. It remains at room temperature.
