Megger Group Ltd.
When a fault such as a short circuit or current overload is detected by a protective relay, a trip impulse is sent to the circuit breaker. The circuit breaker must function as specified and interrupt the current as soon as possible or severe damage may occur. The damage caused by a malfunctioning circuit breaker can often be catastrophic, resulting in significant damage to the electrical system.

BKM93KIO -
Techna-Tool Inc.
Clockwise and/or counter-clockwise rotation of the wand is programmable allowing an optimum adaptation to the machine. The scanning intensity is adjustable in 8 steps. Even rotating drills with small diameters can be checked. The scanning results are display as "OK" or "KO" and signalled by LEDs on the front side of the device. The PROFIBUS is a standard Sub-D 9 pin connection; the USB connection is a USB-mini plug / type B and meets the 2.0 specification.Three digital inputs serve to activate the functions "Teach-in" to learn the position to be scanned, "Start" to initialize the scanning process and "Configurable" for receiving a stop command. Two digital outputs provide the signals for the message "OK" or "KO".The relay contacts are configurable as N/C or N/O connections. They can be set as momentary (valid with start or timed) or latching.Convenient configuration software for programming and setting of tool data is available at no cost.

CT-3500 S2 -
Manta Test Systems
The CT-3500 S2 is Vanguard’s second generation, stand-alone, digital, microprocessor-controlled, circuit-breaker timer. It measures the elapsed time from the instant a breaker coil is energized to the instant of opening or closing of a circuit-breaker’s dry contacts. In addition to timing a breaker’s contact response time, the CT-3500 S2 can also time relays or other switching functions that use an initiating trigger voltage (24-300 Volts DC or AC). The timer-triggering voltage starts three independent electronic timers. Each timer is individually stopped by its respective dry-contact closing or opening. The CT-3500 can fully analyze the timing of all circuit breaker operations (Open, Close, Open – Close, and Close – Open). Timing results are displayed in milli-seconds and cycles on the unit’s back-lit LCD screen and can be printed on the built-in 2.5-inch wide thermal printer.
