  • Computer-Based Instruments

    GT210PXI - Guide Technology, Inc.

GuideTech’s GT210PXI 3U form factor, meets industrial standard chassis with an expandable platform, achieving optimal test system with optimal cost. The ability to precisely resolve frequency and time yields both increased accuracy as well as reduced measurement time. For example, with the GT210PXI-1 you can determine any frequency to 0.01 part per million (eight digits) in just 1 mS, and resolve each time measurement to 8pS. Couple that with 2300 measurements per second, one of the fastest rates available and you can acquire more data in a single second than a typical GPIB counter can in one minute! Faster measurements and higher resolution, along with built-in statistics functions give you a more thorough analysis of your signal. Standard deviation, peak to peak jitter, or a graph of the measurements are available at the push of a button.

  • High-Density Precision SMU (10 PA, 30 V)

    PZ2131A - Keysight Technologies

The Keysight PZ2131A is a high-channel density precision source / measure unit (SMU) having 5 channels per module and saving space for a wide range of applications requiring numerous precision power supplies. The narrow-pulse function and fast Digitizer Mode allow the PZ2131A to expand the conventional static DC measurements to emerging dynamic measurements. Its seamless current measurement ranging function eliminates the time it takes to change the range and expands the dynamic range to cover multiple measurement ranges, which reduces test duration. These capabilities make the PZ2131A suitable for applications that require numerous precision power supplies, such as semiconductor reliability tests and integrated circuit (IC) tests. The Keysight PX0107A low noise filter adapter lowers its voltage source noise level, which makes the PZ2131A suitable for noise-sensitive applications such as quantum computing as well.

  • Spectrum Analysis

    S95090B - Keysight Technologies

The S95090B spectrum analyzer (SA) measurement software adds high-performance microwave spectrum analysis to PXI VNAs. With fast stepped-FFT sweeps resulting from optimized data processing, the SA software application provides quick spurious searches over broad frequency ranges. The S95090B software uses the PXI network analyzer's test and reference receivers to complete simultaneous spectrum measurements. Multi-channel SA measurements leverage the PXI VNA's internal swept-signal generators for efficient measurements of spurious signals emanating from mixers and frequency converters. The S95090B spectrum analyzer software application employs source-power and receiver-response calibration as well as fixture de-embedding, providing in-fixture and on-wafer spectrum measurements with the highest level of accuracy. Optional external attenuators should be connected with the VNA’s test ports to avoid receiver compression when measuring large signals.

  • LED Load Simulator

    63110A/ 63113A/63115A - Chroma ATE Inc.

As shown on the V-I curve in figure 1, the LED has a forward voltage VF and a operating resistance (Rd). When using a resistor as loading, the V-I curve of the resistor is not able to simulate the V-I curve of the LED as shown in blue on figure 1. This may cause the LED driver to not start up due to the difference in V-I characteristic between the resistors and the LEDs. When using Electronic Loads, the CR and CV mode settings are set for when the LED is under stable operation and therefore, is unable to simulate turn on or PWM brightness control characteristics. This may cause the LED driver to function improperly or trigger it’s protection circuits. These testing requirements can be achieved when using a LEDs as a load; however, issues regarding the LED aging as well as different LED drivers may require different types of LEDs or a number of LEDs. This makes it inconvenient for mass production testing.
