  • Mixed Mode Testing

    M+P International

The Mixed Mode add-on modules for the Random Vibration Control Software allow tests to run with sine tones and/or narrowband random signals superimposed on a random background. Mixed mode testing is a complex control task, and m+p VibControl supports three modes: Sine-on-Random (SoR), Random-on-Random (RoR) and Sine-on-Random-on-Random (SoRoR). Gunfire burst control can also be superimposed in each case.

  • Custom Industrial Torque Sensors

    Datum Electronics, Ltd.

Datum Electronics are able to provide both modular and custom designed torque and rotary strain measurement solutions, which can be complete as one off or as fully integrated OEM solutions. In many cases, it is better to use an existing shaft or test rig and use custom industrial sensors instead. This process reduces the cost of fitting a conventional torque transducer and it improves the torque measurements, taken by maintaining the dynamics of the driveline.

  • Manual Testing Services

    UTOR

Production teams often refer to automation testing like it’s the holy grail. But when it comes to user experience, there’s no replacement for the human eye. While automated tests focus on repetitive tasks, manual QA testers come up with creative use cases and provide a lot more value. Very often, our recommendations helped improve the products and even lead them in new, more successful directions.

  • Relay / Magnetic Field Testers

    PeakTech Prüf- und Messtechnik GmbH

Ideally suited for checking magnetic fields and the correct function of coils, e.g. Relays and solenoid valves. The magnetic field detector works without contact, so that opening the housing is not necessary in most cases. When a magnetic field is detected, the probe tip lights up permanently blue, with clocked relays in the same cycle as they are controlled. The function of the magnetic field detector can be checked before each measurement with the enclosed test permanent magnet.

  • Hardy Shaker

    HI-913 - Metrix

This Hardy Shaker provides the ability to set the amplitude and change the frequency range without the amplitude changing. This automation makes conducting a test easier. A test can be conducted on a vibration transducer and manually recorded. Multiple tests are not saved; for multiple tests use the HI-903 or HI-803 units. The HI-913 is used for testing from 7 to 10,000 Hz, it offers adjustable frequency and vibration levels. This provides a reference source for verifying the accuracy of vibration transducers, connectors, cabling and instruments or instrumentation systems. The HI-913 has a ruggedized suspension system that can support heavy transducers (up to 800 grams - see frequency limits in the manual). The HI-913 has a built-in battery charger that can operate on 120 or 240 VAC. The unit comes in a rugged Pelican case.

  • Transportation Simulation

    National Technical Systems

Transportation simulation testing involves the application or simulation of environments found in the transport of goods and equipment. These environments may include vibration, drop or shock, temperature, loose cargo or bounce, as well as other dynamic or climatic environments. Products and equipment are usually tested in the “shipping” configuration which means they would be packed in the default shipping container or transit case during the test. However, some items may also be tested in an unpacked state if there is an expectation that they might frequently be transported in that manner. Tests are performed not only to test the effects of transport on the product itself, but also to test the adequacy of shipping container design and the interaction between product and container during shipping. There are a number of possible modes of transport for any given item subject to shipping.

  • Miniature Vibration Test System

G-2 Series - Shinken Co. LTD.

The G-2 Series Miniature Vibration Test System, though compact & handy, consists of a sweep oscillator, sine controller, power amplifier and vibration generator, thus suited to a variety of applications; calibration of sensors, standardized vibration tests for small parts, school teaching materials and modal analysis. The G-2002 is handy, with all the composed units being incorporated in a portable case.

  • Motor Test for Electric Scooters

    MOTOMEA

*The performance data of electric motors, in the majority of all cases, is performed by a brake test. Power input is calculated from current and voltage. Torque and power output are measured with a brake. It is important to reach, for each point, a persistent temperature. In case of large outer rotor BLDC motors, which are usually used for electric scooters, this traditional procedure may take many hours to complete, and is very complicated. *For several years, an innovative motor tester of MEA Testing Systems Ltd. is on the market. This testing system avoids any temperature confusion by testing a motor at constant temperature over the entire speed range. The test procedure is very fast, and gives the full load performances, including PWM current, voltage, torque, and driver efficiency, from stall up to no load. *During the test procedure, the motor is freely accelerated from stall to no load speed. The load of the motor is only the predetermined inertia of the rotor. From the moment of inertia and the acceleration, the torque of the motor is calculated and, also, the power output over the whole speed is given. Since the entire measuring time, depending on the motor size, is usually less than one second, the motor has no time to warm up. It remains at room temperature.
