  • PXIe 16 Bit Arbitrary Waveform Generator - up to 625 MS/s on 4 Channels

    M4X.6622-X4 - Spectrum Instrumentation

The M4x.66xx-x4 series arbitrary waveform generators (AWG) deliver the highest performance in both speed and resolution. The series includes PXI Express (PXIe) cards with either one, two or four synchronous channels. The large onboard memory can be segmented to replay different waveform sequences. The AWG features a PCI Express x4 Gen 2 interface that offers outstanding data streaming performance. The interface and Spectrum’s optimized drivers enable data transfer rates in excess of 2.8 GB/s so that signals can continuously replayed at a high output rate. While the cards have been designed using the latest technology they are still software compatible with the drivers from earlier Spectrum waveform generators. So, existing customers can use the same software they developed for a 10 year old 20 MS/s AWG card and for an M4x series 625 MS/s AWG.

  • Automated Measurement Expert (AMX), VNA Plugin

    S94702A - Keysight Technologies

The Keysight automated measurement expert (AMX) is a smart software solution for automated multiport S-parameter measurements with the PXIe vector network analyzers M937xA/M9485A or the benchtop E5080A ENA network analyzer. The S94702A AMX VNA plugin adds S-parameter measurement capabilities to the Keysight test automation platform (TAP). The combination of the TAP and the VNA plugin forms the AMX backend software, which makes the VNA setups and executes the test sequences in the PXIe controller according to the optimized test sequence files generated by the AMX test plan builder. Other instrument plugins allow you to control the DUT mode, expand the number of test ports with the PXI switches or multiport test set, and use external instruments such as a DC power supply and a digital multimeter. The AMX backend software also provides step-by-step calibration wizard for full multiport calibration using the 4-port ECal module.

  • FPGA PXIe High-Performance Digital I/O Card

GX3700e - Marvin Test Solutions, Inc.

The GX3700e is a user configurable, FPGA–based, 3U PXI Express card offering 160 digital I/O signals which can be configured for single-ended or differential interfaces. The card employs the Altera Stratix III FPGA, which can support SerDes data rates up to 1.2 Gb/s, digital I/O clock rates of 700 MHz, and features over 45,000 logic elements and 1.836 Kb of memory. The GX3700e is supplied with an integral expansion board providing access to the FPGA’s 160 I/Os. Alternatively, users can design their own custom expansion cards for specific applications - eliminating the need for additional external boards which are cumbersome and physically difficult to integrate into a test system. The design of the FPGA is done by using Altera’s free Quartus II Web Edition tool set. Once the user has compiled the FPGA design, the configuration file can be loaded directly into the FPGA or via an on-board EEPROM.

  • TestCentre

    ARC Technology Solutions

ARC has experience with complex, commercially available test executives that are available for high volume production needs. Often times, when you don’t need the horsepower of a full featured executive, you are left with creating a specifically defined test program or crafting your own test sequencer. Rather than go down this path and spending your time on architecture, TestCentre brings a simple, yet elegant solution to this all-common problem. Used in many of ARC’s standard test stations, the robust, sequence based architecture of TestCentre, allows you to focus on the testing task at hand. While having some of the more advanced features found in high-end test executives, TestCentre, when mixed with RF analyzers and PXI based test solutions are a great, low cost solution to help solve your everyday testing requirements. Along with TestCentre and an ARC supplied rack-based test platform, your test challenges can be solved in doing circuit card testing, assembly/module level testing, or depot repair troubleshooting tasks.

  • VXS Backplanes

    Kontron

VXS (VME Switched Serial) represents an extension of the VME family according to VITA 41.0.  This system is downward-compatible, so that assemblies with VME 96-pin connectors can still be used, while adopting the use of serial signals such as Gigabit Ethernet, PCI Express, Serial RapidI/O, and other fabrics.
