MEASUREMENTS ARE CONTINUOUS - The advantage is that rather than waiting for read points on the device for example at 500 temperature cycles, 1500, 7500 15,000 temperature/power cycles etc, the data is continuously gathered and so devices that are damaged by the cycling are seen much earlier. USEA has seen apparently "good" arts fail in as little as 200 temperature/power cycles. The implication to our customers is they have an accelerated warning that a lot is going to fail the IOL study.

Measurement and Analytics Solutions
Based on our OTP² system platform, we were able to implement a family of scalable test systems which is based on a common systems architecture, e. g. for products in the area of chemical analytics measurement. We not only implemented a universal, extremely comprehensive test system, but also a series of compact systems for benchtop placement which are fully compatible with the larger, universal system. Our specialized self-test adapters and test software enable fast verification of the test systems as well as partly automated calibration by the customer.Our systems are also used in electrical measurement applications, e. g. for calibrating analog input assemblies for PLC technology. For this purpose, specialized calibrators are integrated into the system; they provide traceable calibration of the relevant stimulus signals.

TSCOE4 Operator Interface Software Module
The TSCOE4 Operator Interface provides a graphical user interface for the operator or the implementer in a production environment. It permits selecting the test sequence and supports parametrization of the test. During the test sequence, the current measurement values are displayed in relation to the relevant limits and the pass/fail evaluations for each individual test. The 742 is the Switched Capacitor Digitizer family, based on the DRS4 chip by PSI, with the highest sampling frequency (5GS/s) and channel density. It can record very fast signals from scintillators coupled to PMTs, Silicon Photomultipliers, APD, Diamond detectors and others, and save them with high efficiency and precision for advanced timing analysis. The 742 family has an additional channel (two channels in case of VME boards) which can be used as time reference for time of fight measurements. The resolution of this kind of measurements can reach up to 50 ps.
