Wabtec
Wabtec’s integrated family of event recorders feature an FRA Crash Hardened Memory with capacities of 8 to 128GB permit storage of Event Data from a variety of locomotive sources, storage of PTC mandated data channels, and storage of up to four HiDef video cameras. In addition to crash hardened memory, units can provide removable solid state disk storage of video from panel.

SER -
E-Max Instruments
The E-MAX Sequential Event Recorder (SER) is a highspeed,high-resolution, system which records relay andpower system equipment alarms and status contacts. TheE-MAX SER uses a fully isolated 16-point input card. The16-point layout isolates individual points from each other andfrom the system electronics by opto-couplers.

SERNET -
Ametek Power Instruments
Each SERNET product can work as a stand-alone system monitoring up to 48 digital inputs or multiple SERNET units can be networked together to form a larger system with all events consolidated in one chronological list as they occur. A single WEB browser screen can display alarms from several SERNET units, making it easy to see the interaction between different equipment types or processes. This flexibility makes it easy to analyze alarms across an entire site or even across multiple sites for a larger system view - much better than piecing together a list of alarms from multiple devices.

Improving train operation safety is a continuous process that affects the entire railway system and its organization. To keep pace with technology, operating systems once thought to be at the leading edge now need to be replaced and/or upgraded—or risk becoming obsolete. At the same time, optimizing costs is a must. To meet these challenges, you require flexible and modular solutions to help you improve train operation safety and correctly interface with new signaling systems.

SnapShock Plus Series -
Instrumented Sensor Technology, Inc.
The SnapShock Plus (SSP) series data recorders are compact, battery powered acceleration event recorders. The new generation devices offer several improved capabilities over the standard Snap Shock model
-
Alta Solutions, Incorporated
Once a dynamic event is detected, the system instantly informs the control system or other external devices and acts as a digital recorder by capturing important data before and after the event. This information can be used to alert the operator to change process settings or schedule maintenance.

Event counter is sleek system used to keep track of events. Event counter system is an independent unit with LED, event and reset buttons used for user interface. User generated events are displayed by LED (seven segment display scheme). Event counter Board consists of Microcontroller, counters, monostable multivibrator, transmitters & receivers (RX232, RX422). Event button is used to increment the events and reset button is used to reset the count value. Events are displayed on seven segment display mechanism for visual analysis. Event counter unit starts count from 000 and counts upto 999 events on pressing the event push button. The event value is transmitted over the RS232 / RS422 /TTL communication line to the recorder system.

TR-3000 -
Ametek Power Instruments
The TR-3000 is the only tool you need to capture and diagnose power system anomalies. With multiple recording modes and continuous transient oscillography, you will never miss an event. The TR-3000 captures high speed transients and long term system disturbances with enough memory to give you a complete view of the system disturbance. The TR-3000 takes the place of several devices: • Fault and Disturbance Recorder • Transient Fault Location • Phasor Measurement Unit • Power Quality Monitor • Sequence of Events Recorder.
