  • Stand-Alone Doppler Current Sensor

DCPS - Aanderaa Data Instruments AS

The Doppler Current Profiler Sensor (DCPS) is a medium-range, 600kHz current profiler smart sensor. It offers high-quality ocean current measurements and is ideally suited for cabling directly to various systems or dataloggers via serial or AiCap bus. With its integrated compensation for tilting and movement, the sensor is commonly used to measure current from buoys and other moving platforms. The 5400/5400R version of the current sensor is 300m depth rated, the 5402/5402R version is 4500m depth rated, and the 5403/5403R version is 6000m depth rated and intended for commercial as well as research use. It comes with an integrated temperature sensor that can be calibrated on request. As an extension to the DCPS, we now offer the current profiler with an integrated pressure unit called the 5400P. This version enables acoustic wave measurements in addition to profiling currents. Ideal for small observatories, the DCPS sensor is the market's lowest-cost current and wave sensor.

  • Flexible Current Sensor Probe

    CTA - Powertek LLC

The CTA current sensors convert ac current to an isolated 0-5A current with available ranges from 100A to 10,000A. Because the current sensors are flexible split core, installation is possible without shutting down the LV electrical supply, avoiding expensive down-time costs. Typical applications are retrospective energy monitoring in factories, offices buildings, process control data logging systems, where power, energy and current monitoring is important. Typical applications are factories, offices buildings, ac/dc VFD drives, welding, power conversion and power distribution. For all CTA current sensor models, a NIST/NPL (UKAS) traceable calibration certificate and certificate of conformance is supplied. All CTA sensors use UL94V0 or CSA approved materials. The CTA flexible current sensors are suited to permanent or semi permanent installation. The coil sensor is durable, lightweight, flexible and will easily clip-around a power cable. The 5A output from the CTA current sensor connects direct to installed metering, rotary metering or current transducers.

  • Check Current Before Working

    Radio Ampstik® 2023 - SensorLink

The Radio Ampstik uses the same current sensor technology as the original SensorLink Ampstik. It quickly takes accurate current measurements and direction of current flow indication. Knowing source and load direction is essential for power system protection, load balancing, and metering.

  • Precision Voltage to Current Converter

    64-VCC - Viewpoint Systems, Inc

The 64-VCC precisely converts voltage to current. The unit can be placed in-line with a data acquisition system to achieve outstanding conversion accuracy for precise movements in valves or motors. The unit includes a unique current feedback measurement output to precisely monitor actual current in critical applications.

  • Current Source-Sink D/A Converters

    Analog Devices Inc.

Analog Devices’ current source D/A converters (DACs) portfolio is ideal for photonics control applications where low current noise density, low dropout voltage, and high power efficiency, in addition to high channel density, is critical to system performance. The flexibility of the configurable current source D/A converter outputs, and 300 mA current delivery, make them suitable for resistive heaters and proportional solenoid drive.

  • Voltage and Current Measuring Technology

    HIGHVOLT Prüftechnik Dresden GmbH

Designed for the measurement of alternating current (AC), direct current (DC), lightning (LI) and switching (SI) impulse high voltages (HV) as well as AC and impulse high current (HC) according to IEC 60060, IEC 61083 and IEC 60052, available as indoor and outdoor design.

  • Bulk Current Monitoring Probe

    MP-50 - FRANKONIA GmbH

The Current Monitoring probes may be used whenever RF current measurements are required. Current measurements are made by placing a current carrying conductor within the “sensing” window of the probe and measuring the probe’s output voltage with an RF detector. Calibration of the probe permits the conversion of the voltages measured to current. Current measurements can be made over the frequency range shown in the transfer impedance curve furnished with each probe. There is virtually no loading of the circuit and the technique permits normal operation of the device under test during measurements. The MP-50 can be used for the procedure for clamp injection when the common- mode impedance requirements cannot be met given in chapter 7.4 of IEC/EN 61000-4-6 „Immunity to conducted disturbances, induced by radio frequency fields”. The MP-50 can also be used as current monitor for BCI testing as per ISO11452-4, RTCA/DO-160 section 20, MIL-STD-461 and various automotive standards.

  • Primary Current Injection Sets

    R.R.Transformers & Equipments

Protective devices such as relays, overload Coils, Circuit breakers and CTS etc. must be checked regularly to ensure that they are always ready to operate correctly, Routine current injection testing will quickly detect faulty or incorrectly adjusted protection circuits / devices & will be possible to prevent serious damage to the system. Primary injection kit is designed to operate on single phase 230/240 volts AC 50 HZ to develop smooth & continuous test current as for loading, calibrating, and testing of CTS, Bimetal Relays, Protection Relays etc. The test set gives high current output at low cost and with inherent safety. The primary current injection testing checks all parts of the protection system by injecting current down the cable / bus bars. The application of the primary current injection sets is to ascertain the current carrying capacity of any Conductor, insulator, connector or calibration of CTS / Bi-metallic relays etc.
