  • ESPI Analysis Application

    TP601010 - Total Phase Inc.

First released by Intel in June 2013, the Enhanced Serial Peripheral Interface (“eSPI”) is designed as a replacement for the Low Pin Count (“LPC”) bus.  eSPI supports communication between Embedded Controller (EC), Baseboard Management Controller (BMC), Super-I/O (SIO) and Port-80 debug cards.  eSPI was available in the Sky Lake chipset (2015) and is available in the Kaby Lake [current] chipset.  Cannonlake will support eSPI and is slated for release the second half of 2017. Icelake is scheduled for release in 2019 and it will mark the first chipset when eSPI becomes mandatory.

  • GMSL3

    Framos Technologies d.o.o.

FRAMOS is the first company in the market to integrate Analog Devices’s new GMSL3 technology into an embedded vision environment. GMSL3 can transmit high frame rates (4K, 90 fps) as far as 14 meters with unprecedented efficiency. This interface is well suited for applications where the MIPI CSI-2 (D-PHY) length restrictions are not sufficient, while at the same time, a highly durable cable with low power consumption and low cost are essential. Camera developers can use the flexible FRAMOS Sensor Module Ecosystem to validate a variety of image sensors in the lab and in the field while taking advantage of the interface’s features.

  • Load Switches

    Analog Devices Inc.

Analog Devices load switches provide a highly integrated solution for switching voltage rails on in a controlled manner via an internal, high-side switch. This portfolio features overcurrent and overtemperature protection and supports currents up to 3 A. They provide a very low pass element RDSON to reduce power losses. The combination of the functionality and integration levels of ADI load switches make them extremely well-suited to inrush control applications for pluggable optical modules, line side pluggable interfaces protection, power plane switching, and power rail sequencing applications.

  • Microscope Cameras

    The Imaging Source, LLC

The Imaging Source 13 megapixel microscope camera has been designed to be a cost-effective, versatile solution for demanding microscopy applications. Featuring Sony CMOS technology, this camera comes equipped with a distortion-free autofocus lens which allows viewers to capture exactly what they see through the ocular rather than being limited to a region of interest. This camera can take the place of the ocular itself or can be screwed into the C-mount - eliminating the need for costly adapters. The camera's USB 3.0 interface makes a full HD preview (at 30 fps) on the host PC a reality.

  • Outdoor Thermal Monocular

    Scion OTM - Teledyne FLIR

The FLIR Scion® OTM captures clear thermal imaging and leverages a refined user interface to quickly detect objects of interest in complete darkness and through glaring light or haze. Built around FLIR’s powerful Boson core, the Scion OTM produces 9 or 60 Hz thermal imaging and records geotagged video and still images for playback long after the day is done. A rugged, IP67-rated housing and intuitive controls allow single-hand operation in harsh weather conditions, maintaining reliable thermal imaging in the most demanding outdoor environments.

  • Power Meters

    Rk-5700 - Laser Probe Inc.

The Rk-5700 Series Power Meters accept a wide variety of probes – pyroelectric, silicon, and thermopile – enabling them to perform absolute radiometry, total laser power (cw and average), and irradiance measurements from the UV to far-IR, pW to kW. Integrated lock-in amplifier circuitry allows for synchronous detection of chopped optical signals, improving both S/N ratio and background rejection. The dual channel Rk-5720 simultaneously measures Channel A, Channel B, and the ratio B/A. An IEEE-488 GPIB computer interface, Analog Outputs, Background Cancel, and Autorange are all standard features.
