MSG Equipment
Test Bench for flushing of power steering system under pressure and diagnostics of power steering system units. The equipment measures power steering pump pressure under different speed; detects failures as leak, roar, body wear out, reducing valve sticking. The test bench measures power steering rack flow and pressure; detects failures as leak; wear out of seals, body and teflon rings. The equipment tests operation of units under different loads (in motion, parked). Top features of the equipment are small sizes, mobility, battery operation.

THROUGHPOINT™ -
Bloomy Controls, Inc.
Bloomy's ThroughPoint™ Interface Panel provides a simple, yet highly-flexible connection between the unit under test and resources in a National Instruments Switch/Load/Signal Conditioning (SLSC)-based test system.

Premier Electrosystems
Premier's Endurance Tester, also known as on-off tester and life tester, is used to perform the life test of the unit. The Endurance Tester, switches on the unit for a set time and then turns it off for a set time. This entire cycle is repeated multiple times, to simulate the behavior of the unit under extended use

AV-25V-GC1-05 -
Criterion Instruments Limited
This tester is designed for testing equipment wiht a line cord which can be plugged directly to the tester. The continuity test is to determine whether the ground wire of the line-cord is well connected to the metal frame of the unit under test.

Keysight Technologies
RF Microwave Switch Matrices provide automatic routing of RF microwave signals between test instrumentation and the unit under test (UUT). They provide consistent signal paths, enable automation of tests, and often include signal conditioning.

IRS Systementwicklung GmbH
Electronic control units for automotive applications require extensive validation to make sure that the device will work properly for years under harsh environmental conditions. During validation, inputs and outputs of the device under test (DUT) have to be stimulated and operation has to be monitored continuously.

TBM300 -
Telonic Berkeley, Inc.
The Model TBM300 Portable Opacity Meter consists of two basic units connected by a single cable. The sensor unit is installed end-of-line on the exhaust outlet of the vehicle under test and contains the light source (green led) and receiver (photo detector) modules.

CA-323 -
Capital Avionics Inc.
The CA-323 Universal Breakout test fixture was designed to provide, as the name suggests, a universal test solution for aircraft trouble-shooting. The unit gives the technician the ability to monitor (100) different conductors or open an individual conductor for simulation or measurement. Any avionics component can be extended and in many cases with only a voltmeter and oscilloscope the operation in question of the Unit Under Test can be determined.

STAR-Dundee
The SpaceWire Conformance Tester connects to a SpaceWire device and, through the host software, executes a variety of tests to check the unit under test’s (UUT) compliance to the SpaceWire Standard. Over 55 tests are conducted across the following levels:

RO-1000 -
Rovsing A/S
Rovsing has developed a range of Second Level Protection (SLP) products to ensure that the electric subsystem of the unit under test is not inadvertently damaged by the test equipment. Our SLP solutions are separated into High and Low current variants.

Haug
The test equipment is used for qualitative functional testing of discharge power supply units and / or ionization units from the static line and air line (discharge). The devices are usually operated with a single button and indicate via LED, whether the device under review functions properly.

BK2028/BK2028A -
BaKo Co., Ltd
We designed the BK2028 and BK2028A Piezo Unit Aging Testers for you to test your piezo electric vibration units for long term reliability. The BK2028 can test up to 50 units at a time, while the smaller BK2028A tests 20. Both models are easy to set up and can be stacked. They allow you to control the number of tests you you run so that you can run a large number of DUT's under exact conditions and make sure your piezo units will do what you expect them to do for the life of your products.

F-16 -
TestVonics, Inc.
The primary function of the Air Data Test System (ADTS) is to perform testing and fault isolation of pneumatic-type Units Under Test (UUTs). To test a UUT, the operator connects the associated Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) Integrated Test Adapter (ITA) to the rackmount Avionics Intermediate Shop (AIS) test station. The operator connects the ADTS to the IAIS via an RS-232 Interface and then finally, connects the UUT to the ADTS using the supplied cables and hoses.

2650 -
DIT-MCO International
DIT-MCO's newest test solution, the Model 2650, incorporates modularity so that the system conforms to your testing needs. The modular switching units can rack-and-stack in a cabinet providing concentrated test points or can be distributed around the Unit Under Test (UUT) eliminating long, cumbersome adapter cables. Or you may reconfigure the system at any time when your needs or the UUT changes.

HVSCM -
Test Electronics
Designed to be used with the Model HVST High Voltage Surge tester. The Surge Current Monitor allows simultaneously surge testing 20 units. The Surge Current Monitor monitors the current going through each unit under test at the time of the surge. If a unit under test breaks down or leaks, the Surge Current Monitor will identify the bad unit by lighting the corresponding LED. The most important features of the surge tester are its ability to test the entire winding insulation system. A high voltage surge generates turn to turn, coil to coil, and phase to phase voltage stress, as well as ground insulation stress. When used as a dielectric test, accurate voltage readings are essential. The HV Surge Tester monitors the voltage directly across the winding under test. In production testing we expect that most of the time the devices will pass. In the event that one should fail, the failed device would be removed and then all the parts would have ot undergo another surge test. Since most devices pass most of the time, simultaneous surge testing can be a real time saver.
