The scale has pitch accuracy of 1μm. The AP-P is available on two standard materials; Chrome on Glass (CG) and Chrome on Opal (OP).

  • On-Board Systems

    OBS-ONE series - HORIBA, Ltd.

HORIBA developed the OBS-ONE series on-board emission measurement system in response to new requirements for exhaust emissions measurement from vehicles being driven on public roads (Portable Emissions Measurement Systems - PEMS). This development has been made possible by reducing the dimensions and power consumption of laboratory grade analyzers and ensuring that the system components have excellent vibration resistance. The OBS-ONE series continuously measures not only the concentration of CO, CO2, THC and NOx, but also measures exhaust fl ow rate and A/F ratio to calculate mass emission and fuel economy.

  • Optical Spectrum Analyzer

    ADC Corporation

an optical spectrum analyzer for analyzing short wavelengths from 350nm to 1000 nm. Because it adopts a Fourier spectrum system with a Michelson interferometer, the 8341 can measure the coherence. With its narrow wavelength resolution of 0.01nm * , the 8341 is very effective for the evaluation of not only CD/DVD laser diodes, but also for blue-violet laser diodes. In addition, the built-in He-Ne laser acts as a wavelength reference to ensure a high wavelength measurement accuracy of ±0.01nm * . Finally, with its fast 0.5s * measurement speed, the 8341 is ideal for building into systems for mass production and evaluating temperature characteristics of system components.

The N3500 is Neosem Technology’s fourth generation memory test system. Specifically designed for Flash Components and Flash Cards, the N3500 tester-on-a-board architecture targets the broadest range of DUT technologies in various form factors and packages. Each Tester Board (or “Blade”) contains 288 I/O pins and 32 DPS supplies. Up to 64 Blades populated in one test head can test over 2000 DUTs in parallel. Neosem Technology’s high parallel DUT count architecture, combined with low capital cost, provides the absolute lowest HVM cost of test.

  • Bidirectional DC Power Supply + Regenerative Load

62000D - Chroma Systems Solutions, Inc.

Chroma 62000D programmable bidirectional DC power supplies have both power source and load characteristics, two quadrant operation, and allows feedback of the power from the DUT. They can be used for testing renewable energy power systems including PV/storage hybrid inverters, power conversion system (PCS) on charging/discharging, and as a battery simulator. The 62000D also is a fit for testing power components used in electric vehicles, such as bidirectional on-board chargers (BOBC), bidirectional DC convertors, and DC-AC motor drivers, and power conversion simulation tests of batteries in both directions.

  • Chroma LCR Meters

    Chroma Systems Solutions, Inc.

Some of the key features to look for in an LCR meter (also known as an impedance meter) are: accuracy, test frequency, measured parameters, test voltage and test current. Additionally, an easy to understand display of test results and the ability to access and use these results has become increasingly important. Component testing often requires much more than simply a resistance, capacitance or inductance value at a given test frequency and stimulus voltage. An LCR meter or impedance meter must have the flexibility to provide multi-parameters over wide frequency and voltage ranges.

  • TE-Metrology

    HIGHVOLT Prüftechnik Dresden GmbH

The TE measurement complements the high voltage test and is part of the routine and type testing of numerous electrical devices. It is one of the most important non-destructive methods for detecting faults in electrical installations. The breakdown of an insulating material usually occurs at an internal weak point, which usually already shows a partial discharge activity in advance. For this reason, measuring partial discharges can help prevent costly damage. The TE measurement is thus used for quality testing and diagnosis in the factory as well as during on-site testing of cables, GIS, power transformers and transducers or rotating machinery and their components

  • HCAI-1 High Current Arc Ignition Tester
