  • PCIe 16 Bit Arbitrary Waveform Generator - up to 40 MS/s on 8 Channels

    M2P.6533-X4 - Spectrum Instrumentation

The M2p.65xx series offers different versions of arbitrary waveform generators for PCI Express with a maximum output rate of 125 MS/s. These boards allow to generate freely definable waveforms on several channels synchronously. With one of the synchronization options the setup of synchronous multi channel systems is possible as well as the combination of arbitrary waveform generator with digitizers of the M2p product family. The 512 MSample on-board memory can be used as arbitrary waveform storage or as a FIFO buffer continuously stream data via the PCIe interface. Importantly, the high-resolution 16-bit DACs deliver four times the resolution than AWGs using older 14-bit technology.

  • PCIe 16 Bit Arbitrary Waveform Generator - up to 40 MS/s on 4 Channels

  • ROM Emulator PXI Card

NX5000 Series - Marvin Test Solutions, Inc.

ROM emulation is a powerful and versatile method of microprocessor testing. ROM emulation has emerged as the technique of choice for microprocessor test and diagnostic applications. A microprocessor-based board is tested by replacing the boot ROMs on the Unit Under Test (UUT) with memory emulation pods. Each pod handles eight bits of the data bus. Processors from 8 to 32 bits can be controlled with one to four pods (even the most advanced CPUs such as the Intel Pentium generally use only an eight-bit boot path). The emulator takes control of the UUT by resetting the processor and, under the test program’s control (monitor program), exercises all functions on the board. Synchronization with the UUT is automatic and requires no additional hardware or connections.

  • 2-Ch 500 MHz A/D with DDC & 2-Ch 800 MHz D/A with DUC, Kintex UltraScale - PCIe

The 78851 is a 2-channel, high-speed data converter with programmable DDCs (digital downconverters). It is suitable for connection to HF or IF ports of a communications or radar system. Its built-in datacapture feature offers an ideal turnkey solution as well as a platform for developing and deploying custom FPGA-processing IP.

  • Power Supply Testers

    Qmax Test Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Power Supply Tester is an integrated package of hardware such as AC/DC Power Sources, DC Loads, Noise Measurement Unit, and DMM etc configured as per user applications, which makes it suitable for testing wide range of Power Supplies and provide economic solution for testing AC/ DC and DC/DC power supplies and converters. The Power Supply Boards that passed in the first level of screening for Go-No Go tests will undergo a second level testing. The second level of testing measures all the key parameters of the power supply such as line regulation, load regulation, efficiency etc and check whether the results are within the mentioned limit, if not declare the UUT (Power Supply Board Under Test) as a failed one.
