The telemetry antennas help ground engineers and control room personnel acquire airborne and ground telemetry data. With over 55 years of antenna design and manufacturing experience, the suite of telemetry antennas developed by ARA can operate across a wide range of frequencies and environmental conditions. The wide range of bandwidth, sizes, and mounting options make these antennas suitable for air platforms and ground stations. These antenna designs function efficiently to monitor system telemetry over long distances for drones and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) systems.

Standard gain horns can be used to experimentally determine the gain of other antennas by using the substitution method. The standard gain horn and the antenna under test are alternately connected to a well matched detector system in order to compare their relative power levels. The power level difference is then added to the appropriate level of the calibration curve to determine the absolute gain of the antenna under test.View more Standard Gain Horn Antennas

Amphenol Procom
The Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) function is to enhance the performance of a wireless network coverage of a specific area. DAS is a network of antennas which are all connected to the same source. The DAS solution is more efficient than having a large single antenna to cover an area and that’s why it is highly suited for in-buildings service and a restricted outdoor area. Amphenol Procom offers a wide range of both indoor antennas and passive devices, especially for Public Safety applications.

Modern receivers for broadcast have a large number of antenna inputs for the different radio bands. The devices of the FDMX series can be used to supply the antenna inputs with RF signals. The devices of the FDMX series splits a sum signal in frequency division multiplex into the individual broadcast bands and the L1 satellite navigation band (GNSS). Additionally, DC loads are provided for each antenna input to simulate active antennas. The presence of remote power supply is indicated by an LED on the units.

Doppler Systems Inc.
This assembly contains three sets of antennas, three RF summers, an antenna switch, a GPS and (optionally) a flux gate compass. The pod mounts to the roof with nylon straps, although it is recommended that it be bolted down for more permanent applications. Although this antenna is not stocked, we can provide them on relatively short notice. No minimums apply.

RAM-34 -
Array Solutions
The RAM-34 is a complete pre-amplifier system designed primarily for the low bands 160M thru 40M. It has inputs for four receive antennas and internal 3-pole bandpass filters for 160M, 80M and 40M. In addition to the pre-amplifier, it has a step attenuator that togetherwith the amplifier stage provides gains from -20 dB to +20 dB in 5 dB steps. This allows equalizing the signal levels between the antenna inputs. Gain settings are memorized for each antenna on each band. Different types of receive antennas have different signal levels and the gain memories eliminate the need to adjust the receiver or pre-amplifier when switching between the antennas.
