XXF-1 -
Magnicon GmbH
It is designed to satisfy the needs of nearly all low-Tc SQUID applications. Additional integrated current sources provide e.g. bias current and calibration pulses for TES applications. These current sources together with an additional switchable feedback path make two-stage SQUID operation very convenient.

16200B -
Keysight Technologies
The 16200B test fixture is designed to operate with high frequency LCR meters and impedance analyzers. It allows you to supply a bias current across the device of up to 5 Adc through a 7 mm port by using an external DC current source.
-
Analog Devices Inc.
It is designed to operate from a single input supply with an input voltage as low as 1.10 V without the requirement of an external bias supply to increase efficiency and provide up to 5 A of output current (IOUT).

PI-41702 -
Pulse Instruments
The PI-41702 is a four channel bipolar DC Bias supply that can provide an output current up to 100 mA per channel. The output voltage ranges from –8 V to +8 V, and this card has special filter circuitry to reduce the output noise for those applications that require a low noise bias output. Additionally there is a ‘D’ type connector that allows the introduction of laboratory type supplies to reduce the noise further. To change from using the internal power supplies to external power supplies requires repositioning jumpers. The PI-41702 also has voltage and current sense for remote measurement of the voltage and current levels.

MBT series -
Maury Microwave Corporation
The MBT-series of bias tees is based on Maury's patented broadband capacitor (US Patent 9,614,267) which simultaneously enables the industry's widest bandwidth, lowest insertion loss and lowest return loss in a coaxial bias tee up to 18 GHz. In addition, its unique design makes it ideal for pulsed applications, including pulsed IV and pulsed load pull characterization, without distorting the voltage and current waveforms.

3260B SERIES -
Wayne Kerr Electronics, Ltd.
At the design stage of component development it is vitally important to understand how the component performs under different operating conditions. This might include operation at diverse frequencies, AC drive levels or DC bias currents.

9103 -
RBD Instruments, Inc.
Rugged, portable, affordable, and ASCII programmable, RBD's 9103 USB Picoammeter (ピコアンメータ) measures dual-polarity DC current from picoamps to milliamps. It can be biased with an optional built-in fixed +90V DC bias, or your own low-noise DC power supply.

Analog Devices Inc.
Analog Devices high speed , high output current (≥100 mA) op amps deliver high output current while driving low impedance loads with excellent linearity. Whether it's high output current, low input bias current, wide bandwidth, high slew rate, or low distortion, no one sets more performance standards for next-generation designs with the widest portfolio of leading edge products than Analog Devices.

TIA-4000 -
Scitec Instruments Ltd
The TIA-4000 is comprised of a fibre coupled InGaAs APD detector combined with a variable reverse bias voltage network and fast transimpedance amplifier. The output of the unit is brought out to a type K female SMA connector. Light falling on the detector generates a positive-going proportional current. This current, multiplied by the transimpedance produces a voltage that is proportional to the light incident on the detector surface.

Analog Devices Inc.
Analog Devices offers a broad line of shunt precision voltage references that combine excellent accuracy and temperature stability with low noise and small packages. These devices operate in a manner that is functionally equivalent to a Zener diode. The bias current must be set higher than the sum of the maximum quiescent current of the voltage reference and the maximum expected load current. Since shunt voltage references are typically biased with a resistor, the voltage reference can operate on a wide range of input voltages.

Current-Voltage Measurement Option -
Materials Development Corporation
CSM/Win Systems with an I-V option can measure both MOS and diode structures. For junctions, both forwardand reverse bias curves can be analyzed. Junction ideality factor, series resistance, and reverse saturation current are found. Solar cells can be checked for efficiency. Gate Oxide Integrity of MOS devices can be measured as well.

Op Amp Series -
Texas Instruments
The amplifier is capable of operating at supply voltages from 0.9V to 3V with specified specs at 1V and 1.8V single supply. The input common mode range extends to both power supply rails without the offset glitch and input bias current phase reversal inherent to most rail to rail input amplifiers.
-
ams AG
Operational amplifiers from ams are ideally suited to audio applications. These CMOS devices are available as single, quad or differential amps. They feature good common-mode rejection, have low input bias currents, good gain bandwidth, low total harmonic distortion and an excellent rail-to-rail output-drive capability of 200mA peak.

Laser Components IG, Inc.
PIN photodiodes convert light to current – without a bias voltage having to be applied. Silicon is commonly used as an inexpensive detector material in the Vis range. For higher demands, InGaAs is used; it covers the widest spectral range from the Vis to the NIR. We offer silicon carbide as a “solar-blind” detector specifically for the UV range.
