  • Upset Testing Machine

YQ/YQR Series - Jinan Testing Equipment IE Corporation

The series of upset testing machine are designed according to the International Standard 'Metallic Materials Upset Test Methods', especially for the quality inspection of high-speed rods and wires. Through simulating the quick impact conditions of the metallic materials during the upset and pressing, the machine truthfully reflects the instances of the quickly compressed rods and wires. Under room temperature or hot conditions, exert test force in the direction of specimen axial line, quickly compress the specimen, and then the machine can inspect the metal ability of bearing upset deformation in the specified upset ratio. The upset testing machine can also show the metal’s surface disfigurements. The upset testing machine is widely used in the steel industry, standard specimen manufacturing industry, and tools manufactures for inspecting the upset tests of metallic materials.

  • Networkcontroller

    Klocke Nanotechnik

A new set of motorized tables developed by Klocke Nanotechnik allows high strokes at small volumes. The modules are driven by the Nanomotor®. Loads of up to two kg can be moved over centimeters of stroke with down to 2 nm resolution. Manipulation in many degrees of freedom is possible without backlash. The modules NMT xx-L are longer, but thin like a pencil. In most of the NMT-modules position measurement systems can be included without increasing the size. The resolution of the position sensor is better than 10 nm. All NMT modules can easily be fixed onto each other. Very small connectors allow the exchange of a module without removing cables. The NMT-Zxx are modules for vertical movement. They have an internal load compensation to lift up loads. Nanomotor-Grippers and force sensors that can easily be fixed on these modules are available.

  • Modal Exciters & Amplifiers

    MB Dynamics Inc.

Experimental modal analysis, or modal testing, is a process for physically obtaining a math model of a structure’s dynamic properties. Modal tests identify a structure’s modal properties: natural frequencies, mode shapes, mass, stiffness and damping. Modal test results help troubleshoot resonant excitation from operating forces, validate and verify finite element models, predict the benefits of structural modifications, support design verification, and understand structural responses due to complex loading conditions.

  • Radiation Pressure Series

    Scientech Inc.

The Radiation Pressure Series is Scientech’s newest innovation, designed to accurately measure high power levels from lasers that would normally require expensive, large water-cooled calorimeters. These instruments measure the radiation force exerted by the laser beam on a mirror and significantly improve response time, size, and scalability. The mirrors are designed to reflect ≥99.999% of the laser energy and allow continuous measurement. Radiation Pressure Series instruments actually improve in accuracy as laser power increases.

  • Real Car Transient Test System

RealCar Simulation Bench - Ono Sokki

This system is suitable for transient test of actual vehicle in combination with the real-time model calculation by the measurement/control panel and low inertial motor. By replacing the wheel of the actual vehicle with the tire type bearing, the axle shaft is taken out to the outside of the vehicle and connected to the low inertia motor. It can be reproduced the sliding motion which the chassis dynamometer cannot be realized. Also, since the longitudinal force is not occurred in the vehicle, the vehicle restraint can be simplified and the behavior such as shift shock can be reproduced on the bench.

  • Automatic surface tension Meter

  • Switch Probes

    Smiths Interconnect

A Switch Probe is a spring contact probe and receptacle combination that is normally open, and after a designated travel the switch probe closes. The most common use for switch probes is in the cable harness testing industry. The switch probe is used to verify the correct location of a terminal in a connector while checking the retention force as well. Switch probes also verify the presence of nonconductive components such as caps for connectors or devices on a circuit board. Smiths Interconnect offers three standard sizes of switch probes.
