CZ20050 -
Aegis Pty. Ltd.
Telecommunications, Electrical, Data, and Video installers should all have a TDR in their toolkit. From measuring the length remaining on a drum to knowing exactly where to dig to find that cable fault the Cable Gauge can be invaluable. Opens, Shorts, and length are all measured by the metre letting you know how much you have or where the issue is. Stocktaking of cables is made simple using the Cable Gauge. Using TDR technology, the Cable Gauge diagnoses cable faults with no launch or dead zone at an accuracy of ±2%. Simply select the appropriate cable type from the pre-stored library or enter the cable NVP, attach the leads to two conductors of the cable and with a single press of a button the length of the cable or distance to an open or short is displayed. Voltage on the wires up to 250v is continuously measured by the built in, true RMS voltmeter and is displayed to warn of a potentially unsafe condition.

Digitrax, Inc
The LNRP Xtra LocoNet Repeater Module Isolates and Protects LocoNet Layouts, it allows for greater expansion of the LocoNet system on large installations. The LNRP Xtra allows "protected" sections of LocoNet to continue functioning even when a fault occurs elsewhere, the LNRP Xtra automatically reconnects the faulty section once the issue is resolved. Now includes the PS14 power supply.

The Motwane Manufacturing Company
Power system protection is a branch of electrical power engineering that focuses on protecting electrical power systems to detect and isolate faulty parts. The objective is to keep the power system stable by separating only the defective components while keeping the rest of the network in operation. The device protects the transmission lines, generator transformer, and other electrical apparatus from multiple faults.

E5006A -
Keysight Technologies
The E5006A Time Domain/ Fault Location Analysis option allows you to locate the discontinuities and mismatches of devices such as cables. By employing the gating function in the time domain and transforming the data back to the frequency domain, you can remove unwanted responses of connector mismatch in your fixture. In addition, the cable SRL (Structural Return Loss) analysis capability is provided with the E5006A.

Red Phase Instruments Australia Pty Ltd.
Field testing kWh meters is easy, field testing CTs when live is much more difficult. Our admittance tester can test CTs live with 50Hz or 60Hz current in the metering circuit. This technique does not confirm the accuracy of a CT but it will detect faults that give metering errors, such as shorted turns, metering circuits shorted to ground and tampering of CTs. CT faults can cause large revenue losses. Admittance testing only adds 10 minutes to a routine polyphase meter test, giving cheap insurance.
