Pyrheliometer
MS-56
The ISO First Class MS-56 is a direct normal incidence (DNI) solar irradiance sensor. Also known as a pyrheliometer, it is used as a reference sensor for routine operation on a Solar Tracker. The all-weather MS-56 is sensitive to solar irradiance in the spectral range 200 4000nm and works under the most extreme conditions in a temperature range from -40C...+80C.

DR02 pyrheliometer
Hukseflux Thermal Sensors B.V.
DR02 is a high-accuracy direct (normal incidence) solar radiation sensor with a short response time. The scientific name of this instrument is pyrheliometer. DR02 pyrheliometers comply with the first class specifications of the ISO 9060 standard and the WMO Guide. DR02 pyrheliometer has a heated window and is used in tracker-mounted operation. Its fast response makes it very suitable for PV (photovoltaics)-related applications. DR02 can be connected directly to commonly used data logging systems.

Solar Radiation Sensors
The solar radiation sensors that Campbell Scientific offers come in a variety of designs: pyranometers, net radiometers, quantum sensors, and pyrheliometers. These sensors measure various aspects of the energy imparted by the sun on the Earth’s surface. A leveling fixture fitted with a bubble level may be required to accurately install solar radiation sensors.

Pyranometer products
Hukseflux Thermal Sensors B.V.
Hukseflux is a leading manufacturer, both in technology and market share, of pyranometers, pyrheliometers, pyrgeometers, net radiometers and albedometers. We produce a complete range of solar and longwave radiation sensors, compliant with the latest ISO, IEC and WMO standards. Each Hukseflux pyranometer is classified as ISO 9060 secondary standard, first class, or second class, and offers the best measurement accuracy in its class. Pyranometer output is analogue and/or digital (Modbus over RS-485/TTL).
