  • Suspension Component Test Systems

    MB Dynamics Inc.

Acoustic quality, vehicle dynamics and stability, and driver comfort play an increasingly important role in the development of new chassis and suspension systems – both passive and active. Noises in suspension components can cause customer dissatisfaction and lead to high warranty costs and are difficult to diagnose especially on historically-used, noisy hydraulic test rigs. The MB Suspension Component Test Rig (SCTR) enables dynamic simulation of real road excitations and synthesized waveforms, performing industry-standard Force-Velocity and Force-Displacement tests and low speed friction tests, and assessing other NVH and structure-borne noises for comprehensive performance characterization and sound and vibration analyses on a wide variety of chassis components.

  • Test Cell Measurement

    Accurate Technologies Inc.

Accurate Technologies’ long history in powertrain development provided insight into the day-to-day issues that were occurring during engine testing at a time when electronic devices were being introduced to monitor performance instead of traditional mechanical means. Outside of the harsh physical environments, devices used in these applications need to perform difficult high-voltage signal conditioning and high-speed synchronous pulse processing. ATI developed unique products that satisfy specific test cell or dynamometer challenges. These highly accurate products measure engine timing (IGTM) or speed (SmartTach) in convenient ways to provide information that otherwise may not be available.

  • Test And Measurement

    SL Power Electronics

Test and measurement equipment can be particularly affected by the quality and performance of power supplies. Electrical noise is a major concern because the speed and accuracy of test equipment rests greatly on its ability to minimize noise and keep it away from the sensitive electronics which sample and report the data that the equipment is designed to measure. Test and measurement systems may be used for validating electronic circuits, testing electronic equipment, analyzing chemical substances, monitoring environmental conditions, or testing discrete components. Test equipment may be portable, in laboratories or on production floors so the environment where the equipment can be used is also critical when selecting a power supply.

  • FMC, XMC & PMC

    Data Patterns Pvt. Ltd.

The FPGA Mezzanine Card is used by Data Patterns to implement signal interface with external world compatible FPGAs mounted on the FMC carrier there are primarily used for high speed analog interface for digitization (ADCs) and waveform generation (DACs). This form factor is also utilized for special I/O Interfaces such as various avionic protocols and buses. FMC I/O signals may be routed via front panel connectors or through Mezzanine connectors that route the signal back to the carrier board for routing through rear I/O of the Chassis. The system interface is designed for routing to FPGAs using a VITA 57 0.05 Pitch Terminal Array Assembly.

  • Function Tester with Low Number of Channels

UTP 6010 RF - NOFFZ Computer Technik GmbH

The UTP 6010 is one of our smallest test systems and therefore a cost-effective entry into our UTP tester series. The fast system is used to implement scalable functional test applications for a test item (single device under test) with multiple RF channels and mixed-signal test options. Depending on the adapter, the DUT can be tested at circuit board level (FKT) or when installed at the end of the line (EOL).Depending on the test item requirements, we configure the appropriate number of channels and integrate the necessary interfaces directly in the adapter or tester. The test speed, production volume and overall complexity of the UTP 6010 interfaces can be varied according to your requirements.

  • Slip-Ring Motor Starting Panels

    Rotor Starter - Hilkar

The Slip-Ring Motor Starters are based on the series of resistors that are applied to the rotor circuit to control the speed/torque characteristics of the motor. Rotor starters are mainly used for the motor starting applications requiring high-starting torque like loaded belt conveyors in mining industry. By external resistors, it is possible to shift the motor maximum (break-down) torque up to starting torque point for motors under heavy loads during start-up. The resistors are splitted into some steps and controlled via contactors by motor starting control system. As the motor speed increases, the external rotor resistors are eliminated by shorting contactors until all external resistors are shorted out.
