Two ultrasonic clamp-on transducers are externally mounted on a pipe and produce an acoustic path. The transducers send and receive acoustic signals and their transit times are measured by an electronic flow transmitter. The signal is accelerated by the flow in the forward direction. The return signal is decelerated by the flow in the opposite direction. The difference in time between the two, together with the path length L, can be used to determine the average flow velocity. This principle is known as the acoustic time-of-flight principle.

NTi Audio AG
The microphone bodies contain the preamplifier. They combine high dynamic range and wide frequency range with low noise. These measurement microphones connect via the ASD Cable to the XL2 Audio and Acoustic Analyzer, e.g. for measurements at remote locations or to reduce acoustic reflections.

Yoshimasa Electronic Inc.
Quality sound measurement software equivalent to $10,000 hardware. Simple and easy-to-use RTA, Real Time Analyzer. For wide scope of audio and acoustics: car audio, home audio, concert hall and room acoustics, sound analysis and noise measurement.
-
BSWA Technology Co., Ltd.
Designed for acoustic application, with strong signal transmission capability and flexible measurement.
-
ECM8000 -
BEHRINGER International GmbH
The ECM8000 is a specialized condenser microphone designed for use with real-time analyzers, such as our ULTRACURVE DEQ2496, to provide an accurate acoustic picture of the room. You can then use your graphic EQ to fine-tune your system's performance to perfectly match the characteristics of any acoustic environment.

OmniPower -
Acoustic Engineering
OmniPower Type 4292-L is an omnidirectional sound source, intended to be used in acoustical measurements for which a uniform spherical sound radiation is required.OmniPower complies to the ISO 3382, ISO 140 and DIN 52210 standards, and is used in both room acoustics and building acoustics applications.

Physical Acoustics Corp.
Physical Acoustics’ sensors are built to "listen" to high frequency signals. Much like a highly-sensitive “ear,” Acoustic Emission sensors interpret the material’s “voice” into usable AE waveforms. Additionally, AE sensors help understand how materials behave in their natural setting.

ViAcoustics
Reverberant Test Chambers for sound power level determination and building acoustics measurements
-
B&K Precision Corporation
A sound level meter is used for acoustic measurements. It is commonly a hand-held instrument with a microphone.
-
Physical Acoustics Corp.
Physical Acoustics’ line of wireless systems offers users complete Acoustic Emission (AE) testing and monitoring solutions in portable devices, reducing the need for bulky equipment and cabling. Wireless AE systems provide users with improved mobility, while retaining full AE testing capabilities.
-
ZETLAB Company
System for determination of materials impedance in impedance tubes is used for evaluation of material’s acoustic properties.
-
Precision Acoustics LTD
Precision Acoustics can supply a circulation system to sanitise and degas water, as a kit of parts for self-assembly.
-
Beha-Amprobe
Is used for acoustic (sound that travels through air) measurements. It is commonly a hand-held instrument with a microphone.
