AXIe 5-Slot Chassis
M9505A
The M9505A AXIe Chassis is fully compatible with the AXIe 1.0 specification. It includes an embedded system module (ESM) that does not take up an instrument slot. This system module performs the chassis management functions contained in the AXIe specification. Additionally, it provides PCI and LAN interfaces for connection to an external computer, external clock and trigger connectors, and Keysight-exclusive, inter-chassis synchronization connectors. The local bus implemented in the M9505A provides the maximum 62 pairs allowed by the AXIe specification. Combine the M9505A with the M9048A PCIe Desktop Adaptor to achieve the highest system bandwidth.

170MHz 4-Channel DDS Signal Generator

The 409B generates four independent, phase synchronous sine wave output signals and is programmable in 0.1 Hz steps from 0.1 Hz to 171 MHz. Programming is via an RS232 serial interface. Phase is 14-bit programmable and amplitude is 10-bit programmable. Internal memory can store a sequence of settings. The -AC option is available to enable users to step through settings using an external trigger. It is accurate to 1.5 ppm using the on board TCXO timebase or you can use an external timebase, There is also a /R option that provides a way to lock to and track an external 10MHz frequency input. A line powered AC adapter and SOF8_409 windows software on a CD are included.

9050 VXI - 50 Module Solution for VXI cards
The 9050 VXI Solution is designed for use with VPC's pre-wired interconnect adapters on the top tier and discrete wiring modules on the bottom tier. The receiver opens downward via hinges to give the user access to the instruments in the rack. A microswitch, which comes standard, allows for shut off any power going through the system before removing the ITA. Using a plug and play plate or a flange kit allows for easy mounting of the receiver to any 19” rack system.

9025 VXI - 25 Module Solution for VXI
The 9025 VXI Receiver is a 25-module solution designed for use with VPC pre-wired interconnect adapters, but can also accommodate a combination of pre-wired interconnect adapters and discrete-wired modules using retainer blocks.1-4 modules attach to an interconnect adapter which in turn is attached to the VXI card. This connector “funnel” forms a complete VXI module, which is easily inserted or removed from the VXI mainframe for maximum flexibility in testing applications. The interconnect adapter also provides room for driver sensors. External cabling to the card is done with a cable clamp or connector located on the top or bottom of the adapter. Interconnect Adapters funnel wiring from modules to a VXI card. The adapter has removable side, top and bottom plates. Connector cover plates and cable clamps are ordered separately.VPC VXI adapters have been re-engineered to eliminate the need for punching holes in certain manufacturers cards. This design uses a clip that clamps down on the card's existing ejector tabs which firmly fastens the adapter to the card.
