  • ACCUplace Dot Distortion Target

AP-DD Series - Applied Image, Inc.

All machine vision lenses will show some type of distortion. Minimizing or correcting that distortion is crucial in most applications. The ACCUplace Dot Distortion target is designed to detect the presence of both barrel/pincushion distortion as well as alignment distortion that causes the keystone effect. The precise amount of distortion is determined from an array of precisely placed dots in a regular array. The results can be used to correct for any distortion that occurs within the optical system. The AP-DD is offered on three standard substrates; Chrome on Glass (CG) Opal (OP) and Photo Paper (RM).

  • Multisite Testing – Rail System

    Celadon

When connected to a user specified antenna the repeater can provide delays of up to 500 usec with a fixed delay, multiple discrete delays, or a progressive variable delay with amplitude control The Series 8000 features ultra wide bandwidth, low loss, high isolation, low noise figure, and high dynamic range.

  • Amplifier Built-in Ultra-compact Laser Sensor

EX-L200 - Panasonic Industrial Devices Sales Company of America

The EX-L200, the one of the world’s smallest Laser Sensors with a built-in amplifier, is designed to detect minute objects with utmost accuracy. Despite its miniature size, the Thru-Beam Type (EX-L211) can detect minute objects with a diameter of just 0.3mm, and the Spot Reflective Type (EX-L221) can even detect gold wire whose diameter is a mere 0.01mm. To facilitate solving application tasks, these sensors come equipped with a Potentiometer and two indicator LEDs. For the Thru-Beam Type, reflective material on the receiver allows users to visualize the laser beam, easing beam-axis alignment.

  • Modular Mounts

M-SWITCH - M³ Measurement Solutions Inc.

The M-Switch series of adjustable, modular mounts are designed to redirect a horizontal interferometric set-up to a vertical one. This vertical orientation can help reduce distortion effects commonly found from clamping, and reduce alignment time. There are 4 primary versions of hardware designed to enable testing of mirrors, windows, lenses and lens assemblies. Holding of the part under test can be done with a variable 3 arm mount (for flexibility) or our kinematic mount (for high volume). Reference mirrors can be supplied with a variety of flatness and coating specifications to match your application needs.

  • System Devices for Radiomonitoring

Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co. KG

Monitoring stations need auxiliary equipment to ensure optimal alignment and control of the antenna or antennas or to provide users with RF signal filtering functions close to the antenna, depending on requirements. Customers around the world use the innovative system devices for monitoring stations from Rohde & Schwarz to meet these requirements. These devices stand for performance, quality, flexible deployment options and a wide range of possible configurations, which is why they are an optimum solution for any radiomonitoring application when used in conjunction with the other products in the Rohde & Schwarz radiomonitoring and radiolocation portfolio.

  • Collins Radar Fixture with Gyro Simulator

    TA-3A/B - Tech-Aid Products

This weather radar test fixture is a combination of the established WXT-250 series fixture and the RDR-2000 and RDR-2100 radars so that a single panel will provide many features that are still required today. The gyro simulator built into the panel is usable for either radar being tested and eliminate's plugging in any external simulator. The features for both product lines as shown in their respecting CMM's are provided on the panel so that full testing and alignment of these radars and their system components can be tested and/or evaluated. If you require any changes or other product versions please give us a call.

  • High Stability Plane Mirror Interferometer

    10706B - Keysight Technologies

The Keysight 10706B High Stability Plane Mirror Interferometer is a dual pass interferometer used for multiple axis applications such as X-Y stages where the measurement mirror may move perpendicular to the measurement axis. This thermally stable optic, an exact functional replacement for the 10706A Plane Mirror Interferometer, reduces thermal measurement drift to 1/12 the value typically achieved by conventional plane mirror interferometers. The unique contribution of the 10706B is its tolerance of angular misalignment of the plane mirror reflector. The 10706A can accept a range of measurement mirror angular alignment changes.

  • Surface Analysis

    Innova-IRIS - Bruker Optics

This provides researchers a perfect combination of chemical or crystallographic information at high spatial and spectral resolution with the most advanced atomic force microscopy characterization. The Innova-IRIS can be integrated with your choice of a leading Raman system to provide the best opaque sample TERS investigations available today. However you tailor your system, your application will benefit from Bruker exclusive, high-contrast IRIS TERS probes and the best tip preservation and lowest drift, guaranteeing that alignment is preserved even over the optical integration times necessary to interrogate weak Raman scatterers.

  • Testing Center Of Excellence

    Kualitatem Inc.

A Testing Center of Excellence delivers proven results by helping companies optimize application quality and performance, improve alignment between business and IT and hence increases QA efficiency. Implementing a successful TCoE requires thoughtful steps, which include gap analysis, organization wide acceptance, process definition, tool selection and other necessary adjustments. In our experience, a TCoE initiative can only succeed if it has strong executive sponsorship and support of the entire organization or an autonomous business unit. Yet, the benefits of having a fully functional TCoE can far outweigh the initial effort and risk, and measurable results can be obtained in a relatively short time.

  • Safety Laser Scanner Type 3

SD3-A1 - Panasonic Industrial Devices Sales Company of America

The Panasonic SD3 Safety Laser Scanner is a cost-effective alternative for guarding danger zones. It can be used flexibly in confined spaces and for areas where the danger zone changes. The SD3 can monitor an area within an angle of up to 190° and divides it into 2 zones: a warning zone within a radius of 15m, and a protection zone within a radius of 4m. The contours of these zones can be configured precisely for any application. Up to eight zone patterns can be set and activated at any given time even during operation. The reference boundary function memorizes the position of stationary objects and establishes a virtual boundary. It also monitors beam alignment after installation and issues an alarm if a beam becomes misaligned.
