  • group+ software (for B150x mainframe)

    EasyEXPERT - Keysight Technologies

Keysight EasyEXPERT group+ GUI based characterization software is available for Keysight Precision Current-Voltage Analyzer Series. It is available on your PC or the B150xA's embedded Windows 7 platform with 15-inch touch screen to accelerate the characterization tasks. It supports efficient and repeatable device characterization in the entire characterization process from measurement setup and execution to analysis and data management either interactive manual operation or automation across a wafer in conjunction with a semiautomatic wafer prober. EasyEXPERT group+ makes it easy to perform complex device characterization immediately with the ready-to-use measurements (application tests) furnished, and allows you the option of storing test condition and measurement data automatically after each measurement in a unique built-in database (workspace), ensuring that valuable information is not lost and that measurements can be repeated at a later date. Keysight Precision Current-Voltage Analyzer Series provides the complete solution for device characterization with these versatile capabilities.

  • Automatic Calibration Module

    ACM4509 - Copper Mountain Technologies

ACM4509 is an automatic calibration module that can be used with all CMT Vector Network Analyzers operating in frequency range up to 9 GHz. It is a fully automatic USB-controlled and powered electronic calibration module. Minimizing the number of steps required by technicians reduces the risk of human error and expedites the calibration process. Automating the calibration routine also reduces wear and tear on the analyzer and RF cables. To perform full four-port calibration, each end of the ACM need only be connected to the analyzer once, as opposed to 18 connections with a traditional calibration. The ACM also contains a factory characterized 20dB in-line attenuator which acts as a simulated device under test (DUT). The confidence check feature loads the factory stored DUT into memory so proper calibration can be verified.

  • Calibration Hangers And Weights

    Mountz Inc.

Calibrated Dead Weight are the official means by which torque analyzers and torque sensors are calibrated and are traced to National or International Standards, such as N.I.S.T, ISO and others. Many industries like as medical, aerospace, nuclear and others continuously calibrate their measuring equipment to comply with government regulations. For companies that prefer to have calibration capabilities in-house when their calibration requirements become extensive, they need calibration equipment.

  • DC Bias Injector

    J2130A - PICOTEST Corp.

When using the network analyzer to measure impedance, such as the capacitance and ESR or a capacitor, or the DCR of an inductor, etc., it is often necessary to provide a voltage bias to the device being tested. This is true of semiconductor junction capacitances, varactors, and some ceramic capacitors (especially X5R). In these cases the impedance is a function of the DC bias on the device. The Picotest DC bias injector (J2130A) is used for this purpose during impedance measurements.
