  • Single-Phase Transformer Winding Resistance Meters

RMO-TD Series - IBEKO Power AB

Using the most advanced switch-mode technology available today, the RMO-TD series is ideal for winding resistance measurements of inductive objects. Transformer resistance meters and tap changer analyzers are perfect for testing:transformer windings (power transformers, distribution, autotransformers),all types of tap changers, generators, electrical motors,high-current busbar joints, cable splices, and welding joints. In addition, transformer demagnetization can also be done with all RMO-TD instruments. The RMO-TD series contains 3 models, with maximal test currents from 25 A (RMO25TD) to 60 A (RMO60TD).The three independent voltage sense channels enable testing of three windings in series. This enables measurements of winding resistance in every tap position of an on-load tap changer without discharging between the tests. All RMO-TD transformer resistance meters have a built-in tap changer control unit. It enables remote control of on-load tap changer (OLTC) directly from the device. In order to make the most out of this feature, DV-Win software is included which can be programmed to do everything automatically – running winding resistance tests and changing OLTC tap positions. The DV-Win software also enables control and observation of the test process, as well as saving and analyzing the results on a PC. It provides a test report, arranged in a selectable form as an Excel spreadsheet, PDF, Word, or ASCII format. Additionally, DV-Win measures and calculates the OLTC transition time, the ripple and the winding resistance for each tap changing operation. The software can also perform the calculations necessary for the “Heat Run” test. All results can be exported in the report format.

  • Nanogravimetric Measuring Instrument

    EUREKA - BioAge s.r.l.

Eureka is a QCM / EQCM (Quartz Crystal Microbalance) nanogravimetric measuring instrument capable of mass measurements in the order of nano-grams and pico-grams. Eureka can be used with gas and liquids, the cells are made by BioAge and sold with the instrument. The tool is the most versatile among those existing on the market, with an excellent quality / price ratio. It is a portable instrument as it is powered only by the PC USB port. The instrument is extremely compact, light, reliable and designed according to the current state of microelectronics. To use Eureka simply connect it to a PC USB port and install the capture software, running in Windows ™ environment, which turns out to be very simple to use, so you can do the first experiments in a very short time. For liquid measurements Eureka is an electrochemical system, therefore, electrochemical and nanogravimetric measurements can be performed at the same time (EQCM). Eureka, if connected to a self-powered portable PC, allows to perform measurements and experiments in total freedom in environments where grid voltage is not available,or experiments that are carried out in large areas in total freedom of movement. Measurements can be made on liquids, thanks to the static cell or the flow cell, or BioAge is able to design and create customized cells according to the needs of the user, varying volumes, dimensions and materials. The instrument is very versatile because the frequency measurement range can range from 0 to 50MHz, depending on the quartz crystal used. or use a gas cell designed for gas phase analysis, BioAge is able to design and produce customized cells according to the user's needs, varying volumes, dimensions and materials. The instrument is very versatile because the frequency measurement range can range from 0 to 50MHz, depending on the quartz crystal used. or use a gas cell designed for gas phase analysis, BioAge is able to design and produce customized cells according to the user's needs, varying volumes, dimensions and materials. • Circuit Breaker Analyzers & Timers

CAT Standard Series - IBEKO Power AB

Circuit breakers are being tested during manufacturing, commissioning or maintenance stages. The most basic test requires timing measurement using circuit breaker timer. Their primary role is timing and motion measurement of medium and high voltage circuit breakers. Devices from CAT Standard series have suitable application in:electric power generation, distribution system, part of the electric power transmission system, contractors testing, and industrial environments.CAT Standard series meets the requirements of an easy to use circuit breaker timer and analyzer with an attractive price. Furthermore, they are portable and lightweight (weighs only up to 7 kg). Finally, the plastic case is unbreakable and has IP67 protective rating when the lid is closed.CAT Standard series includes five models:Three circuit breaker timers – CAT03, CAT31, and CAT61Two circuit breaker analyzers – CAT34 and CAT64CAT03 is a basic model intended only for timing measurement of main contact operations on the circuit breaker with one break per phase. Unlike CAT03, CAT31 has the possibility of circuit breaker operation initiation, coil current measurement, and auxiliary contact timing measurement. CAT61 differs in comparison to CAT31 by its ability to measure up to two breaks per phase.CAT34 and CAT64 are more advanced compared to CAT31 and CAT61, respectively, since they have additional analog channels. Also, they have the possibility of a travel curve recording.A user can download the test results to a USB memory stick or save it to internal memory. The CAT Standard series internal memory can store up to 500 test results (numerical and graphical data). Optional thermal printer prints test results in tabular and graphical form on 80 mm (3.15 inch) paper rolls. CAT Standard series instruments are compatible with DV-Win software. It provides full control of all CAT functions from a PC, as well as acquisition and analysis of test results.
