  • Digital LVDT sensor ZET 7111-L

    ZETLAB Company

ZET 7111-L is a digital LVDT displacement sensor. It requires no special adjustment and starts measuring right after power is on. Displacement measured values are transferred in digital form via CAN interface. The LVDT digital sensor consists of a primary transducer (LVDT sensor) and a measuring element (ZET 7111-L unit). The LVDT sensor converts meaured object (to which it is mechanically connected) linear displacement  into electric signal to be further transferred into displacement values by the measurement module.

  • Transducer Calibration

    m+p SensCal - M+P International

Regular transducer calibration is an essential requirement for maintaining the accuracy, reliability and repeatability of the results obtained from a measurement system. m+p international’s m+p SensCal program provides a quick and simple process for calibrating accelerometers (piezo-electric with charge output or IEPE, piezo-resistive, capacitive) in your laboratory, as well as velocity or displacement transducers.

  • PXI/PXIe LVDT, RVDT, Resolver Simulator Modules

    Pickering Interfaces Ltd.

Linear variable differential transformers (LVDT) are electrical transformer sensors to measure linear displacement. Driven by an AC excitation source, the LVDT generates a pair of AC output signals modulated according to the core's mechanical position (displacement). LVDTs have been widely used in applications such as power turbines, hydraulics, automation, aircraft, satellites, nuclear reactors, and many others. These transducers have low hysteresis and excellent repeatability.

  • Rod and Barrel Style (BLOK) LDT

    AMETEK Sensors, Test & Calibration

The Rod and Barrel Style LDT – BLOK - Housing is designed for applications where mounting a standalone Rod or Profile Style Linear Displacement Transducer, is prohibitive. This housing style adds a chamber, magnet and piston. The aluminum extrusion houses the sensing element and electronics.

  • Portable Digital Manometer

    PS309 - Validyne Engineering

Featured are an integral variable reluctance transducer, solid state electronics module, 3 digit liquid crystal display (LCD)* and battery pack with six 1.5V penlight cells for truly portable operation. The units can also be powered from an external DC power supply or AC battery eliminator (converter) module. The transducer features all corrosion resistant materials in contact with the pressure media (both ports in differential units), very low internal cavity volumes and ultra-low volumetric displacement with full-scale pressure excursion. Transducer calibration is unaffected by dielectric properties of the sensed fluid. Gauge and differential transducers may be disassembled and range changed by simple diaphragm replacement.

  • Displacement and Encoders

    Orbit Controls AG

INCREMENTAL digital Transducers are mainly designed for displacement measurement in machine tools and other industrial applications. The sensors are characterized by high precision and are absolutely dust and waterproof. The used materials permit applications in heavy industrial environments.DISPLACEMENT Transducers are suitable for measurements of small distances up to 50mm. They are characterized by high accuracy and repeatability, reliability and fast response. Digital ENCODERS operate on optical or magnetical principal and are offered with incremental or absolute coded outputs. They are suitable for precision industrial applications.

  • Displacement Sensing Products

    Lord MicroStrain Sensing

Ideal for precise micro-position measurements, our miniature linear variable displacement transducers (LVDTs) provide accurate, repeatable measurement. Inductive contact, non-contact, slide, and spring-actuated sensors are available in various stroke lengths-- ideal in spaces where traditional LVDTs are too large. Our sensors operate in harsh environments over millions of cycles without degradation in performance

  • Voltage Meter

    MDN8I - Holding Informtest

MDN8I is a mezzanine module designed for high-precision measurements in dynamic signal analysis systems, as well as for joint work with ICP sensors and vibration transducers with a charge output (force sensors, dynamic pressure, acoustic emission, vibration displacement, etc.). The MDN8I mezzanine module has electrical characteristics no worse than those of most foreign and domestic counterparts, and in some parameters exceeds them.

  • Force Sensors / Force Transducers

    HBM, Inc

HBM force sensors and force transducers measure static and dynamic tensile and compressive loads - with virtually no displacement. Your force load cell can be supplied in the most varied of designs and classes of accuracy. Typical force measurement application areas include bench testing, e.g. force measurement to check material quality and automation technology, e.g. for monitoring quality during reshaping or bonding operations.

  • Servo type Accelerometer

    IMV Corporation

A motion is sensed by a displacement detector, a current is fed to the coil to get back the pendulum mass to the original position. This current will be proportional to the acceleration, that is converted to an output voltage. The Servo type accelerometer is for the Earthquake Monitoring or measurements of micro tremor on the Civil Engineering Structures because of its higher sensitivity and stability or more accurate phase responses in the lower frequency range than those of other vibration transducers.

  • Low Pressure Variable Reluctance Sensor

    DP45 - Validyne Engineering

The Validyne DP45 Very Low Differential Pressure Transducer is designed for extremely low pressure measurement in the order of 1 inch water column. This instrument is used extensively in connection with flow measurements where dynamic response at low flow rates is required. Dynamic line pressure effects are minimized due to the combination of low internal volume, symmetrical construction, and small volumetric displacement inherent in the DP45 design.

  • Seismic Sensors & Transducers

    Riverhawk Company

Displacement Pickups are vibration transducers that incorporate a spring-mass system with eddy-current damping using a frictionless pivot. This pivot is a spring flexure that serves as the ‘spring’ and a moment arm attached to the pivot serves as the ‘mass’, which allows resolutions down to the micro inch range. At frequencies above 50Hz, the mass remains fixed in space and becomes an inertial reference. A transducer within the pickup senses the motion of the mounting base relative to the inertial reference and converts it into a proportional signal. Appropriate damping results in a frequency response flat down to 10 Hz. Note that the pickup senses in only one plane, which is perpendicular to the mounting base.
