  • Nuclear EMC Testing Services

    Washington Laboratories LTD.

The implementation of digital control and monitoring systems in nuclear power plants drives EMC requirements for new and replacement equipment to be used in nuclear plants. For the past 20 years, the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) has been developing test methods to demonstrate compliance with EMC requirements. The methods and limits are called out in EPRI TR-102323. The first issue of this report was released in 1994 and the current revision (Revision 4) was released in 2013. The original report and basis included results from electromagnetic surveys at seven nuclear power plants in the United States.

  • AC Power Sources

CSW Series - AMETEK Programmable Power, Inc.

The CSW Series represents a new generation of AC/DC power sources that address the increasing demands on test equipment to perform additional functions at a lower cost. By combining a flexible AC/DC power source with a high performance power analyzer, the Compact CSW Series is capable of handling complex applications that have traditionally required multiple systems. The sleek integrated approach of the CSW avoids cable clutter that is commonly found in test systems. All connections are made internally and the need for digital multimeters, power harmonics analyzers, and current shunts or clamps is eliminated.

  • Walk / Drivable test facilities

TW / CW series - Clima Temperatur Systeme

Walk or drive-in temperature and climatic test chambers can be designed from CTS by a standardized grid system affordable in all sizes. The refrigeration performance data are adjusted here by our experienced sales and project engineers on your testing out. The walk / drive-chambers are ideal for larger components and finished products. CTS as a medium sized company attaches great importance to the detail quality of the equipment components, with only the best supplier products such as compressor and solenoid valves are used. Your resulting advantages are trouble-free long-term operation and thus no loss of valuable test time.

  • PXI/PXIe 1000Base-T1 Dual Multiplexer With Fault Insertion, Single Channel

    40-204-001 - Pickering Interfaces Ltd.

The 40-204-001(PXI) and 42-204-001 (PXIe) are single channel differential multiplexers designed to simulate common faults on high-speed two wire communication interfaces such as 1000Base-T1. They are available with support for 1 or 2-channels of two wire serial interfaces. Each channel pair can be looped out to external equipment or the switches can be used simulate a channel open fault. Using the fault bus, switches can simulate a short between both wires or a short to one of two externally applied fault conditions – such as battery supply or ground - via two fault buses.

  • Gloss & Reflectance

    Elcometer Limited

Visual appearance can determine a person’s perception of a product. Colour and Gloss are two key parameters that are used to define a product’s overall quality. Perception is subjective, but Elcometer’s range of gloss meters, DOI meters and colour assessment equipment can quantify appearance measurement. The ability of a surface to reflect light without scattering is known as gloss. Using a gloss meter, gloss is measured by directing a constant intensity light beam at a fixed angle to the test surface and then by monitoring the amount of reflected light at the same angle. Different surfaces require different reflective angles.
