68CB6 -
North Atlantic Industries
The 68CB6 is a Configurable Open Systems Architecture™ (COSA®) 3U OpenVPX™ board that is preconfigured with 10 different “inboard” I/O, measurement and communication functions. This Combination-function Board (CB) provides a full suite of some of the most common & useful function interfaces supporting many different applications. The 68CB6 features a wide but dedicated selection of functions: Standard Functionality Discrete I/O (DT1); Successive Approximation Register (SAR) ±100 V Analog-to-Digital (AD); Isolated High Voltage Analog-to-Digital (ADF); ±10 V Digital-to-Analog (DA); Thermocouple (TC1) or Resistance Temperature Detector (RT1); Full-bridge Strain Gauge (SG1); Transmission/gear box Chip Detection and Fuzz Burn (CD1); LVDT-to-Digital linear (LD6) displacement (position) measurement, AC Reference Source output (AC2); CAN bus communication (CB8). The 68CB6 offers unparalleled programming flexibility, a wide range of operating characteristics, and a unique design that eliminates the need for external intermediate circuit considerations such as pull-up resistors or mechanical configuration jumpers. Inboard functions are software controlled and memory addressed, accessed in similar COSA® modular fashion to maintain seamless common NAI Software Support Kit & API/library structures.

VS-10a -
Allied Edison LLC
The VS-10a power supply is a light weight, portable, non-isolated “variable source” from 0 volts to 150 Vac or 0 volts to 150 Vdc and rated for up to 10 amps, thus the name VS-10a. It is comprised of an illuminated voltmeter that reads to the first significant digit, AC variable system output voltage, DC variable system output voltage, logic output voltage and one sense (continuity) contact monitoring points. Banana jacks for connection of test leads are spaced at intervals that allow the use of dual banana test plugs if desired. The VS-10a is protected by two levels of overcurrent protection; AC input, and ground fault protection by a GFCI. All circuitry is housed inside a custom designed case made from 16 gauge steel. An Internal fan dissipates heat buildup and exhaust through louvered side vents built into the case. The carrying handle is designed with a “spring return to rest” position and is padded for comfort. The case has been sized for optimum portability and is balanced from the handle during transportation. The case has a powder coated finish that is scratch, chemical and weather resistant. Rubber padded feet support the case when in the upright position and a convenience receptacle is located on the side of the case.

Model 7651 -
Jinan Testing Equipment IE Corporation
Model 7651 extensometers measure combined in-plane strains in flat cruciform specimens tested in machines capable of simultaneous X and Y (perpendicular) axial loading and on standard flat samples tested in pure tension. All models are capable of bi-directional displacement in both axes and may be used for strain-controlled fatigue testing under fully reversed load and strain conditions at frequencies up to 10 Hz.All 7651 models mount rigidly on the load frame and incorporate slide mounting to bring the extensometer into contact with the specimen. The gauge length is set automatically before mounting on the test specimen, which allows for hot mounting after thermal equilibrium has been reached. These units are specifically designed to eliminate crosstalk between axes and to provide high accuracy, high resolution measurements. They incorporate capacitive sensors for low operating force and include electronics with programmable filtering and multi-point linearization for improved performance and accuracy. The overall design minimizes, and in many cases virtually eliminates, any influence from common lab environment vibrations. These water-cooled extensometers are equipped with high purity alumina rods with conical rod tips for specimen contact when testing to 1200℃(2200°F). Silicon carbide rods are used for the 1600℃(2900°F) high temperature option.

Model 7650A -
Jinan Testing Equipment IE Corporation
Model 7650A extensometers measure strains with extremely high precision due to their design features and low strain range. All models are capable of tension and compression strain measurement, and may be used for fatigue testing under fully reversed load and strain conditions at frequencies up to 10 Hz.All 7650A models mount rigidly on the load frame and incorporate slide mounting to bring the extensometer into contact with the specimen. The gauge length is set automatically before mounting on the test specimen, which allows for hot mounting after thermal equilibrium has been reached. These units are specifically designed to provide high accuracy, high resolution measurements and perform high temperature fatigue testing at the highest possible frequencies. They incorporate capacitive sensors for low operating force and include electronics with programmable filtering and multi-point linearization for improved performance and accuracy. The overall design minimizes, and in many cases virtually eliminates, any influence from common lab environment vibrations. These water-cooled extensometers are equipped with high purity alumina rods for specimen contact when testing to 1200℃ (2200°F). Silicon carbide rods are used for the 1600℃ (2900°F) high temperature option. The Model 7650A is often customized for specific test needs. VS3 -
Allied Edison LLC
The VS-3 power supply is a very convenient portable, non-isolated “variable source” from 0 volts to 150 Vac or 0 volts to 150 Vdc and rated for up to 3 amps, thus the name VS-3. The VS-3 is protected by two levels of overcurrent protection; AC input, and ground fault protection by a GFCI. A unique feature of the VS-3 is that it contains “Magnet Packs” on the back of the case. These “Magnet Packs” can support the VS-3 and allow it to “hang” from any magnetic metal surface. The VS-3 can be powered by our UPS system, eliminating the need for an extension cord. The ability to magnetically attach the VS-3 near the source of connection and eliminating the need for an extension cord makes the VS-3 a “must have tool” for technicians.
