e-CAM132_TX2 - 13MP Autofocus Jetson TX2 camera board is a 4-lane MIPI CSI-2 camera solution for NVIDIA® Jetson TX2 developer kit. This camera is based on 1/3.2" AR1335 CMOS image sensor with advanced 1.1µm pixel BSI technology from ON Semiconductor® and an integrated high-performance image signal processor (ISP) that performs all the Auto functions (Auto White Balance, Auto Exposure control). e-CAM132_TX2 is a two board solution consists of a base board and a 13MP autofocus camera board. This camera board is connected to the base board using 30 cm micro-coaxial cable.

Imaging Modules
Teledyne e2v has developed compact MIPI modules which feature our own high performance CMOS image sensors inside a pre-focused, industrial-grade scanning optic. As a turnkey sensor/optics for imaging systems, these modules offers customers significant reduction in development time and cost savings. Only a few screws are needed to mount the module, with simple connection to the image processing system through an FPC cable connector. Software development efforts can also be reduced by using some limited API-layer Linux software drivers. This enables the module to be seamlessly interfaced to popular ISP platforms.

SWIR Imagers
SWIR imagers (short wavelength infrared) are an important group of surveillance electro-optical imagers due several reasons. First, advances in InGaAs technology enabled design of relatively low cost SWIR imagers. Second, InGaAs imagers are very sensitive and can generate images of observed scenery even at dark nights. Third, SWIR imagers are less vulnerable to bad atmospheric conditions than TV/LLLTV cameras working in visible/near infrared band. Fourth, SWIR imagers can generate hi-res images even if they are built using much smaller optics than used for design of thermal imagers.
